COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
- Final Cleaning: V4 euro 60.00, V6 euro 70.00; V8 euro 80.00. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise 50 ero extra;
- Deposit: euro 200,00 refundable. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail, net of postage;

- Check-in: 5 pm - 8 pm. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed or it will be charged 50 euro.
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Prices includes: electricity, water, gas, bed linen, air conditioning, equipped swimming pool (beach chairs and sun beds while stocks last). From 03/06 to 16/09), includes: "BEACH SET" supplied to each apartment for the entire stay (1 umbrella, 1 beach towel per adult), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (package includes: jams, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits and crispy bread), "COURTESY KIT" (bathroom essentials); use of bicycles until fully booked (a refundable deposit will be requested); free wifi (use limited), fees will be applied to customers who exceed their internet daily data, info and reservations for excursions and car/motorbike rental (at a charge).

Vista Blu was a great resort, perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The Villa was clean and spacious. -

It would be nice if the kitchen was better equipped with utensils

Some little things were broken in the home: drapes and water in the showers did not run away (only after 10 minutes or so... the bathroom flooded after 30 seconds)

We had a great week and should have booked another. The place is brand new; the pool wonderful and the unit was spacious. We loved sunsets on the rooftop patio. -

You definitely need your own transport if staying here.

espacios sin acabar, habitaciones y espacios en la casa sin decoración, muy fríos, zona común con poco césped, un poco desangelado.. el servicio correcto.. un poco de caos a la llegada ya que la casa no estaba lista 4 horas más tarde.. nos cambiamos porque nuestro jardín apenas tenía verde.. no hay demasiado espacio para los niños a parte de la piscina.. mucho cemento y pocas zonas de juego o simplemente verdes

I negozi e ristoranti / pizzerie sono lontane. Questo in realtà non è un problema, se si sente una macchina ha.
