We recommend to book a holiday directly on the site. It is quick, easy and safe. What’s more, by booking directly on our site you may be entitled to a discount which will be shown in the advertised fares.

Why is the children’s age relevant?

Every hotel, resort, B&B, etc. might provide different rates for children. Therefore, you need to provide the correct age at the time of travel. Discounts will be included in the total price if applicable. 

What is next after booking with Sardegne?

Once payment has been made you will receive an email with your booking details (reservation voucher). It will contain all the relevant booking details, including dates, accommodation, number of people, etc. Make sure you have a copy of the reservation voucher with you when arrived at the destination.

Please be aware that: it is not always possible to send the reservation details (voucher) immediately after booking. In some cases:

-          If the payment is only a deposit we need to receive the balance within 30 days prior travelling in order to send the reservation details (voucher)

-          If the payment is done by bank transfer we need to receive confirmation by our bank first

-          Sometimes, we need to wait for the hotel to process the request and record the booking. Once we receive that we can issue the reservation details (voucher). 

Do I need to inform the hotel/resort before my arrival?

No. Once booking and payment are confirmed the only thing you need to do is to relax and prepare your luggage. Just bring a copy of your reservation voucher with you.

How do you use and protect my credit card details?

Credit card details are only used to complete the payment for your reservation. For security purposes we implemented the so called “3d secure system”. Basically the credit card details enter directly the bank system and not Sardegne.com. So, the transaction are completed directly between banks and do not enter any of the Sardegne.com online systems. 

What do I do if I need to change my reservation?

Please call our booking centre or send us and email to info@sardegne.com with all booking references. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Are all accommodation options available for booking straight away?

No. In many cases we need to double check with the accommodation provider and confirm dates. Please remember that some providers only accept weekly stay.

Will I get a refund in case of cancellation?

Cancellations and refunds are subject to Terms and Conditions provided by the accommodation provider (hotel, resort, B&B, etc.). At the time of booking you will be notified of the cancellation policy for your chosen accommodation. For more info on this please read our Sales Policy. Some offers are subject to total payment not refundable.

Do I need to pay the full price in advance?

In order to book your preferred hotel or resort we need to receive the full payment. In some cases a deposit of 30% can be accepted. The balance has to be paid 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made 30 days or less in advance of your holiday we request a full payment, unless the balance is required at the hotel. Some offers are subject to total payment not refundable. Please check the prices and conditions at time of booking.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

In such cases please call our booking centre to reschedule transfer (if booked) and other details.

What should I do in case of medical emergency?

Please call 118 for ambulance service and 112 for Police emergency. Both services are available 24/7. 

How is Sardegne using my personal data?

We use your personal data to complete your reservation and send you any relevant information related to your booking. Upon your approval, we might retain your email address and send you relevant information and offers for holidays in Sardinia. We will never transfer customer’s personal data to third parties.
