Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: (compulsory over 2 yo) euro 5 per person/day (entirely due for stays less than one week) for assistance, forfait costs and final cleaning (kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 25 euro extra);
- Caution: euro 100 per apartment.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Bed Linen or Bath Towels: euro 7 per person/change;
- Bed Linen and Bath Towels: euro 12 per person/change;
- Extra Bed: 10% supplement;
- Cot: euro 35 per week (free if brought by customers -max 1 per apartment);
- Pets: euro 50.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the reception.
- Check-out: by 10 a.m.;
- Arrivals/Departures: Saturday/Tuesday; free stays until 16/06 and after 15/9 (min. 3 nights).
