Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Final Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 50, Two-Room Apartment euro 60. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 50 euro;
- Deposit: euro 200 refundable at end of the stay. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail.
- Stay Tax: if required.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed Linen: euro 20 per person/change;
- Bath Linen: euro 20 per person/change;
- Beach-Towel: euro 5 per person/change;
- Daily Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 15, Two-Room Apartment euro 20 (Kitchenette excluded);
- High-Chair/Stroller: euro 10 per week (each);
- Baby-Cot: euro 35/week;
- Coffee maker (americano) / Kettle: euro 10 per week (each);
- Pets: euro 30 per stay for extra cleaning;

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed. Arrivals after 08.00 p.m. will be charged 50 euro.
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Included in the quotes: electricity, water, gas, bed linen; from 03/06 to 16/09 “BEACH SET” available within each apartment for the duration of the stay (1 beach umbrella, 1 beach towel per adult), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (the package includes: jam, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, crispy bread and biscuits), “SPORTS” (included swimming pool use, aqua gym, kids swimming courses);  “COURTESY KIT” (bathroom essentials); Wi.Fi, use of bicycles subject to availability, possibility to book excursions and car hire (payable extras). FREE GIFT: 1 beach bag.
