COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
- Forfait Costs (over 2yo): euro 35 per person/week for on-site assistance, water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise 25 euro will be deducted from the caution money. The minimum forfait costs quote to pay is euro 105;
- Deposit: euro 150 per apartment.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 to 8 pm. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed;
- Check-out: by 10.00.
