Very nice owner, very close to the beach, spacious & clean apartment.
The apartment we finally got was very nice and in a quiet area, we even got to see a wild boar!

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: euro 30 per person/week for water, electricity and gas (from 3 years old);
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 40, Three-Room Apartment euro 50. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 50% extra;
- Caution: euro 100 per apartment.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Baby-Cot: 15 euro per week (own baby-cot allowed without any charge – max. one cot per apartment);
- Extra Bed: 20 euro/week;
- Bed linen and Bath Towels: euro 12 per person/change;
- Pets: + 50% of the final cleaning cost per apartment-type.
NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 to 8 pm.;
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Reception hrs: from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Very nice owner, very close to the beach, spacious & clean apartment. -
What I did not like
1. The biggest problem was finding the apartment - we drove into Isola Rossa when we arrived but we had to go back to get the key from the owner in Padduledda. It should have been made clearer on the booking form that we had to go to Padduledda to collect the keys and pay and then go on to Isola Rossa with the owner. Called the apartment structure you gave me but person who answered did not speak english so was not any help as I do not speak much Italian. 2. Photos of apartment could have been better

The apartment we finally got was very nice and in a quiet area, we even got to see a wild boar! -
What I did not like
The first apartment was tiny, not very clean and smelling of mold. There was an operating jobsite just beside it and the drilling started and half seven in the morning. Fortunately the second day the agency changed our apartment to a much nicer area.

Cordialità e professionalità sia del personale del call center di Sardegne.com e sia dei responsabili della struttura. Valuteremo con interesse altre offerte per soggiorno analogo in Sardegna per la prossima estate presso la stessa struttura o in altre località con caratteristiche simili. Grazie! -
What I did not like
Nessun aspetto negativo. a parte forse la mancanza di collegamento alla rete del metano degli appartamenti e quindi la disponibilità di acqua calda solamente tramite boiler elettrico e pertanto in quantità un po’ limitata, fatto del resto non imputabile agli addetti della struttura.

Accoglienza, posizionamento della struttura, distanza dal mare e dalle spiagge, vicinanza di negozzi -
What I did not like
Viaggio andata e ritorno in traghetto troppo costoso in rapporto alle possibilità offerte da altre compagnie, anche proporre il viaggio di A/R negli stessi giorni di inizio e fine vacanza mi sembra penalizzante perchè in effetti si perdono due giorni di soggiorno. Meglio proporre viaggi con partenza nella sera e pernottamento in nave con e o senza cabina.
