COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs (over 2 yo): euro 35 per person/week for on-site assistance, water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise 25 euro will be deducted from the caution money. The minimum forfait costs quote to pay is euro 105;

Uns hat es in der Residence Le Canne sehr gut gefallen -

Wir hatten eigentlich bei der Buchung angegeben, dass wir ein Zimmer im 1. OG haben wollen und nicht im Erdgeschoss wohnen wollen. Das wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt, zumal Wohnungen im 1. OG zum zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs frei waren

Vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai negozi. S.Teodoro è molto organizzata per ricevere i turisti. -
What I did not like
Insofferenza per gli animali da compagnia, ho fatto molto fatica nel sopportare alcuni comportamenti da parte di altri residenti nei confronti della mia cagnolina. Liti per le aree parcheggio anche quando erano vuoti i posti auto. I ristoranti di S.Teodoro eccessivamente cari nonostante il periodo di bassa stagione.

Größere Wohnung als gebucht - 1 Zimmer mehr 3 Balkone -

Schlechte Ausstattung der Küche für deutsche Verhältnisse (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, normale Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden) Vorderer großer Balkon zur Hauptstraße, daher Verkehrslärm (aber kleine, ruhige Balkone hinten raus) Lange Mittagspause des Empfangs auch an den Hauptankunftstagen So kleine Duschkabine, dass dickere Menschen sie nicht benutzen können!
