Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: 35 euro per person/week from 6 years old for electricity, water, gas;
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment 40 euro, Three-Room Apartment 50 euro, Four-Room Apartment 60 euro.. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 50% extra;
- Caution: euro 100 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Bed Linen/Bath Towels:15 euro per person/change;
- Baby-Cot: 30 euro per stay (own baby-cot allowed without any charge – max. one per apartment);
- Extra Bed: 50 euro per week;
- Pets: + 50 % of the costs for the final cleaning/per apartment-type.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 4.00 to 8.00 pm;
- Check-out: by 10.00 am;
- Reception Opening Times: 9-12.30 am/4-7.30 pm. Arrivals after 07.30 pm must be communicated to the reception in advance.

Cancellation policies
