COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment 35 euro, Three-Room Apartment 50 euro. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise 30 euro will be deducted from the caution money;
- Stay Tax: from 01/01/17to 30/04/17 and from 01/10/17 to 31/12/17 euro 0,25 per person per night (only for 7 nights); from 01/05/17 to 30/09/17 euro 0,50 per person per night (only for 7 nights); Children 0/11 yo free.

The allocated room was in a prime position and close to amenities ie Bus and supermarket. Good pool area and kept extremely clean. -
What I did not like
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived as the booking agent had passed on the wrong arrival time i.e Midnight instead of lunch time. Although the rooms were good, clean and spacious, there was no soundproofing whatsoever and the tiled floors and bare walls transmitted every movement of the adjacent up/down rooms.

la struttura è in buono stato le camere sono ampie e pulite la piscina è bella e sufficientemente grande -

la posizione scomoda per entrare nella struttura con l’auto inoltre il parcheggio è piccolo e la strada stretta se uno ha l’auto grande fà molta fatica a fare manovre la posizione della struttura è scomoda per recarsi a piedi nel centro di alghero perchè dista circa tre chilometri dal centro

Mise à disposition de la piscine et d’une pièce pour se doucher le jour du départ est très appréciable quand on ne prend l’avion qu’à 17 h. -

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Altstadt von Alghero. Ortsnah, daher auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. -
