The building develops on 3 levels and consists of 41 apartments with 4 different entrances, all equipped with safe and TV. The lower floor is raised from the ground and easily accessible through 4 steps.

The city centre is about 1,800 metres away and the nearest bus stop is 15 meters from the residence, with a bus every 30 minutes. The international airport of Alghero-Fertilia is 10 km.

Apartments Residence Gli Eucalipti

The apartments of the Eucalipti Residence are available in the following typologies: one bedroom apartment - sleeps 4, two bedroom apartment - sleeps 6 and three bedroom apartment - sleeps 8. Fully furnished, the apartments have safe (with surcharge) and TV. All apartments have air conditioning (with surcharge). Bedrooms do not have bed linen or towels that can be rented on site.

Typologies:

One bedroom apartments - sleeps 4: 1 twin/double bedroom, lounge with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower and balcony. Balconies have resin chairs and table.

Two bedroom apartments - sleeps 6: 2 twin/double bedrooms, one room is smaller than the other, lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed , shower bathroom and balcony with resin table and chairs

Three bedroom apartments - sleeps 8: 3 twin/double bedrooms, with one of the 3 bedrooms smaller than the others, living with kitchenette and double sofa bed, shower bathroom and 2 balconies equipped with resin table and chairs.

The apartments overlook in part the access path and the swimming pool; only a few accommodation are located in front of the street even if they are situated within the complex.

All the accommodation of the Eucalipti Residence have kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery for the number of people allowed. Fridge and electric cooktop with 4 burners.
