Stunning view. Good sized accommodation. Restaurants lovely.
Mature couples
Reception at il Mirto was very slow, but when there was a problem the staff did react and were always pleasant. The complex is very nice and well maintained. I would recommend it to others.

Completely immersed in the lush greenery, among wild olives and juniper trees, a peculiarity that makes it a very relaxing destination, Delphina - Il Mirto Residence is structured around a huge marine water swimming pool (with free of charge sun-beds and lifeguard, open all the season) easily reached through paths hidden in the Mediterranean scrub. Two fine sandy beaches (250-400 metres from the apartments) -one with sun-beds rental, the other public - are 200 m from the Residence swimming pool. You can also choose to go for a swim in a different corner of paradise every day, thanks to the Delphina Express motorboat.

The Residence, situated in the lush and elegant Cala Capra residential park, close to the famous Roccia dell’Orso (the Bear's Rock), is just 4 Km from Palau and 40 Km from Olbia, in front of La Maddalena Archipelago and the Costa Smeralda.

Delphina - Il Mirto Residence has 60 apartments with separate entrance. All the typologies have equipped veranda with table and chairs, 1 shower bathroom, TV, safe, hair dryer, air conditioning (in the bedroom), private uncovered parking.

One-Room Apartment Beach - consists of 1 double bedroom and kitchenette, 30 metres from the beach. Maximum occupancy 2 adults + one child (0-6 y.o).
 
One Bedroom Apartment - consists of 1 double bedroom + separate living area with kitchenette and 2 single built-in sofa beds (or 2 chair beds). Maximum occupancy 2 adults + 2 kids (0-17 y.o.) including baby cot. 
 
One Bedroom Apartment Sea View Beach - sea view apartment, 80 metres from the beach with 1 double bedroom + separate living area with kitchenette and 2 single built-in sofa beds. Maximum occupancy 2 adults + 2 kids (0-17 y.o.)
 
One Bedroom Apartment Special - consists of 1 double bedroom + changing room + separate living area with kitchenette and 2 single built-in sofa beds (or 2 chair beds). Maximum occupancy 2 adults + 2 children (0-17 y.o.) including baby cot.

Two Bedroom apartment Sea view 5 - consists of 1 double bedroom + 1 single bedroom + separate living area with kitchenette and 2 single built-in sofa beds (or 2 chair beds). Maximum occupancy 3 adults + 2 children (0-17 y.o.) including baby cot. 
 
Two Bedroom apartment 6 - consists of 1 double bedroom + 1 twin bedroom + separate living area with kitchenette and 2 single built-in sofa beds (or 2 chair beds). Maximum occupancy 4 adults + 2 children (0-17 y.o.) including baby cot.
 
Two Bedroom apartment Sea View Beach 7 - consists of 1 double bedroom + 1 twin bedroom + changing room + separate living area with kitchenette and 1 double sofa bed + 2 bathrooms, one with shower + external shower. Distance from the beach: 30 m. Maximum occupancy 4 adults + 2 children (0-17 y.o.) + infant (0-2 y.o.).
 
Restaurants
A Snack-bar is available to guests a few steps from the beach. Here you can taste fresh sandwiches, ice creams, salads and Mediterranean dishes. Il Paguro restaurant, with à la carte service, offers candlelight dinner with open grill and shellfish tank. At the beautiful seaside terrace of the pizzeria L’Approdo, you can order delicious pizzas and desserts. Take-away service is available for Residence guests for tasting pizzas comfortably on the terraces of the apartments.

Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: euro 63 per person per week for energy, water, gas, linen (1 set bed linen and 2 set bath linen per week (kitchen towels not are not available). Beach towels provided. Children 0-1,9 years old free.
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 55, Three-Room Apartment euro 60. Fridge, crockery and kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 30 euro extra.
- Deposit: euro 150, refundable at end of the stay.

COMPULSORY COSTS ON REQUEST AND TO PAY AT THE RECEPTION
- Midweek Cleaning: euro 25 for Two-Room Apartment, euro 30 for Three-Room Apartment;
- Strollers: euro 20 per stay (each), caution required;
- Beach Service: euro 30 per day (1 sun umbrella + 2 sun-loungers).

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5:00 to 8 pm (if possible, earlier). Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance;
- Check-out: by 10:00 am;
- Baby-Cot: free, to request at the time of booking;

    La piscina, la terraza del apartamento, el entorno natural del apartamento rodeado de árboles y Palau con buen ambiente a la noche. Para volver.
  • What I did not like
    Nada significativo, lo único arañas en el apartamento, pero dado el entorno natural del apartamento es inevitable.

    Le uniche note positive sono il "contesto" della pascina e il ristorante con la sua vista panoramica.
  • What I did not like
    Il villaggio, come il paese, non offre niente o quasi. Scarse attrattive, deludente la spiaggia interna e scomodissima la viabilità nel villaggio, appartamenti piccoli e un po’ lasciati andare.
