COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (only cash)
- Forfait Costs: euro 40 per person/week, children 3-7,9 years old euro 10/week for electricity, water, gas, bed linen and bath towels. Kitchen towels are not available.
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 57, Three-Room Apartment euro 62. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure (including waste disposal), otherwise it will be charged 30 euro extra;
- Deposit: euro 150 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay.
- Stay Tax: euro 1.5 per day/person, from 6 yo.

- Extra Change of Bath Towels/Bed Linen: 10 euro;

NOTES
- Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the reception, otherwise the check-in can't be guaranteed. Check-in possible only the day after for arrivals after 00.00. For arrivals during the midweek, the check-in will be possible only until 8 pm (and only if communicated in advance); after that time, it must be paid 15 euro extra.
- Check-out: by 9.45 am;
- Reception Opening Times: 9 am-1 pm, 4-8 pm);
- Wi-fi: free at the reception and in common areas.

Wir hatten wieder einen schönen Urlaub in Golfo Aranci. Anfängliche Schwierigkeiten wurden schnell behoben. -
What I did not like
Die erste Wohnung war sehr verwohnt. Das Bett hatte seine beste Zeit längst hinter sich und das Bad war auch nicht ansprechend. Der Toilettendeckel fehlte und der Spiegelschrank war defekt. Es gab keinen Gartentisch und die Polster waren verschimmelt. Wir haben aber ein neues Appartement bekommen und dann war es OK. Leider war die alte Crew nicht mehr da. Die kannten wir seit Jahren und wurden immer herzlich empfangen. Die neue Crew hat sich jedoch viel Mühe gegeben.

Porto Aranci ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Strand betrug 30 m. Bei Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen in der Rezeption. Am letzten Tag durften wir kostenlos länger in der Ferienwohnung bleiben, da unser Rückflug erst um 23 h ging. -
What I did not like
Trotz telefonischer Ankündigung, daß wir später kommen und wir die Zusage hatten, daß man auf uns wartet, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Wir haben bestimmt 15 mal versucht da anzurufen, haben aber keinen erreicht. Die Rezeption befand sich auch nicht in Porto Aranci sondern in Bahia de Bahas, 7 Km weiter nordlich. Das war nirgends vermerkt und ohne Auto recht kompliziert. Aus der Not haben wir die erste Nacht in einem Hotel verbracht. Erst am nächsten Tag haben wir die Rezeption erreicht. Angegeben war, dass wöchentlich die Wäsche geweckselt wird. Das ist nicht passiert.
