Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (only cash)
- Forfait Costs: euro 40 per person/week, children 3-7,9 years old euro 10/week for electricity, water, gas, bed linen and bath towels. Kitchen towels are not available.
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 57, Three-Room Apartment euro 62. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure (including waste disposal), otherwise it will be charged 30 euro extra;
- Deposit: euro 150 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay.
- Stay Tax: euro 1.5 per day/person, from 6 yo.


OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking - only cash)
- Extra Change of Bath Towels/Bed Linen: 10 euro;
- Extra Change of Bed Linen: 10 euro;
- Pets: small size allowed 30 euro/stay (appearance and breed must be communicated at the time of booking).
- Daily Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 20, Three-Room Apartment euro 22.
- Baby-cot: not available. Free if brought by guests - max 1 per apartment, to report at the time of booking, max. up to 1,9 yo;
- Laudry Service and Air Conditioning: upon payment;

NOTES
- Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the reception, otherwise the check-in can't be guaranteed. Check-in possible only the day after for arrivals after 00.00. For arrivals during the midweek, the check-in will be possible only until 8 pm (and only if communicated in advance); after that time, it must be paid 15 euro extra.
- Check-out: by 9.45 am;
- Reception Opening Times: 9 am-1 pm, 4-8 pm);
- Wi-fi: free at the reception and in common areas.

Cancellation policies

• 100% of the total price of the reservation in case of no show
