- Forfait Costs: 35 euro per adult/week, 17.5 euro per child 3-11,9 years old, 0-2,9 years old free. It includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen;
- Final Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 50, Two-Room Apartment euro 60, Three-Room Apartment euro 70. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 50 euro;
- Deposit: euro 200 refundable at end of the stay. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail.
- Stay Tax: if required.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed Linen: euro 10 per person/change;
- Bath Linen: euro 10 per person/change;
- Beach-Towel: euro 5 per person/change;
- Midweek Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 20, Two-Room Apartment euro 25, Three-Room Apartment euro 30 (Kitchenette excluded);
- High-Chair/Stroller: euro 10 per week (each);
- Baby-Cot: euro 35/week - own baby-cot allowed;
- Extra Bed: 50 or 70 euro per week, depending on the period;
- Coffee Maker (americano) / Kettle: euro 10 per week (each);
- Pets: euro 30 per stay for extra cleaning;

Clients arriving after 24.00 will be welcomed and accommodated the following day or, in the event of pre-warning on the act of booking, they will be accommodated under payment of an extra € 50 to be paid on site.

Il Residence è molto tranquillo per una vacanza relax. -

Per motivi di lavoro devo connetermi a Internet, e purtroppo la sera (o in orari in cui la reception è chiusa)non c’era connessione! Abbiamo fatto presente che il materasso del letto matrimoniale è pessimo e che sulla porta d’ingresso (con vetrata), sarebbe opportuno avere una tenda per un po’ di privacy. Purtroppo Budoni non mi è piaciuto assolutamente.

Gentilezza e professionalità di Massimiliano alla reception. Strutture nuove e di buona qualità. Spiagge e mare veramente eccezionali. -

Un gruppo di ospiti del residence un po’........."esagerati"!!! Ma può capitare, basta essere un po’ pazienti e tolleranti.

negativ für unser Kind war, dass nur italienische Gäste in der Anlage waren Angebote für Ausflüge o.ä. wurden nicht vorgeschlagen, bzw. nicht das Interesse dafür geweckt

Scandaloso l’aver dovuto (dopo aver pagato per la pulizia finale) raccogliere in una busta, personalmente e prima di lasciare il residence, la biancheria letto e bagno (di cui si era pagato l’utilizzo)???!!!!!!! Per non parlare del fatto che le buste dovevano essere depositate, sempre personalmente, in un contenitore a fianco alla reception...... di una finezza!! Non ho avuto la prontezza di immortalare il tutto in una foto, mai capitato prima, ma non è detto che qualcuno non lo farà in futuro!!

Piscina sovraffollata, inosservanza del regolamento da parte di alcuni ospiti per quanto concerne la piscina con conseguenti disagi (schiamazzi a qualsiasi ora del giorno)

Il residence è ben arredato e fornito di un buon numero di stoviglie e pentole.Il residence è veramente piacevole, il giardino e la piscina sono particolarmente curati Si trova relativamente vicino alla spiaggia di Budoni dove si può lasciare l’auto in un ampio parcheggio; la sua posizione permette di raggiungere in poco tempo numerose spiagge della zona. Non è necessario portare asciugamani e lenzuola che vengono fornite direttamente dalla struttura insieme a un ombrellone e due spiaggine( che comodità). -

E’ stata una bellissima vacanza perciò non ci sono aspetti negativi.
