COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: 35 euro per adult/week (children 0-2,9 yo free). It includes electricity, water, gas;
- Final Cleaning: two-room apartment 4 euro 60.00, two-room apartment 6 euro 70.00, three-room apartment 6 euro 80.00. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 40 euro extra;
- Caution: euro 150 per apartment.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Air Conditioning: Two-Room Apartment 4 euro 60.00, Two-Room Apartment 6 and Three-Room Apartment 6 euro 70.00.
- Bed Linen: euro 8 per person/change;
- Bath Towels: euro 5 per person/change. Kitchen Towels not available.
- Baby-cot: euro 50/week;
- Pets: euro 50 for extra cleaning.

- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance and will be charged 40 euro extra;
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Arrivals between 8 pm and midnight require 40 euro as extra supplement and must be communicated in advance.

Vicinanza al centro, struttura di nuova costruzione, abbastanza ventilata e fresca. Anche se posizionata in salita si arriva ad alcune spiaggie (cinta, cala d’ambra, isuledda) in bicicletta con un po’ di fatica. -
What I did not like
Rumore eccessivo proveniente dalla strada durante tutta la notte. La strada porta ad una discoteca ed i ragazzi passando a piedi cantano a voce alta fino alle 5 di mattina. Rumore anche all’interno del residence per i soliti gruppi di ragazzi maleducati che non hanno orari. Struttura sconsigliata alle famiglie che cercano un po’ di tranquillità. Arredamento lascia a desiderare: materasso scadente, tavolo traballante, divano letto inutilizzabile per dormire.

- non vigilato - molto rumoroso fino alle 6 di mattina perche’ situato sulla strada di ritorno da una discoteca - principalmente frequentato da gruppi di ragazzi molto rumorosi e maleducati che non rispettano le esigenze degli altri ospiti del residence e rientrano a tutte le ore della notte - troppo alti i costi dei consumi 330 considerando anche che l’acqua non e’ potabile
