Tutti al Mare is a group of elegant apartments (Oasi Blu and Oasi Standard) within a very nice and pleasant settings. The location they are in is very convenient as you can reach both the center of San Teodoro in just 6 minutes walk and the famous La Cinta beach in just over 10 minutes. All the apartments are cared for both in the architectural elements and in the green spaces and in the interiors. The use of pastel colours also makes them very welcoming and relaxing.
Special discounts in case of:
- Stays of at least 14 consecutive nights, a 15% discount applies;
- In case of bookings confirmed by 28/02/2018 a 10% discount is applied.
Discounts are not cumulative. Anyway, it will be applied the highest one.
The apartments and the rooms
The apartments include a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a double bedroom with two single beds, a comfortable double bedroom, one or two bathrooms with shower, washing machine, etc. The cooking area is equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including cutlery, pans, etc. It is available, only on request, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The apartments located on the ground floor also include private parking and a comfortable garden with patio equipped with tables and chairs; the apartments on the first floor have a terrace with table and chairs perfect for chilling out, aperitifs and al fresco dinners with panoramic views.
Services available in the apartments
All rooms have a washing machine inside. There are also many other services available on request and for a fee such as kettle, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, etc. You can also avail of other services such as bicycle rental, boat excursions, baby sitter, grocery shopping delivery and much more.
San Teodoro and surroundings
The village offers all the necessary services for a comfortable holiday. It provides plenty leisure opportunities for families and couples of friends. San Teodoro is one of the most popular holiday resorts in Sardinia.
There are plenty of restaurants, medical service, bars, ice cream parlours, shops, boutiques, children's playground, supermarket etc. The surrounding beaches have umbrellas, deckchairs, and sunbeds for rent. There are also some bars with fresh drinks and light lunches right on the beach.

The apartments are located about 1 km from the beautiful white sandy beach of La Cinta, famous for the crystal clear sea. The shallow water make it safe for children to swim. During the summer time there is also a regular rescue service.
Other costs during your stay
-Utilities: 35 euro per person per week for electricity, water and gas. The cleaning of the kitchenette area and cutlery should be done by the guests: alternatively an additional charge of 30 euros applies. In case of non-return or damaged the bed linen a supplement of 30 euros per person will be added.
-Deposit: Euro 200 per apartment
