Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs (from 3 yo) euro 60 per person/week for assistance, air conditioning, forfait costs and Bed/Bath Linen.
- Final Cleaning: euro 60 for Studio Apartment, euro 70 for Two-Room Apartment 4, euro 80 Two-Room Apartment 6, euro 120 Three-Room Apartment (kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 40 euro extra);
- Caution: euro 200 per apartment refundable at the end of the stay
- Club Card: (from 4 yo) euro 30 per person/week, from 02/06 to 29/09

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Extra Bed/Bath Linen Change: euro 10 per person/change;
- Cot Infant 0/3 yo: euro 50 per week;
- Pets: euro 50 per week.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 to 8 p.m. Late arrivals must be notified in advance to the Reception.
- Check-out: by 10 a.m.

Cancellation policies
