Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
- Forfait Costs: 42 euro per adult/week, 0-3 yo free. It includes electricity, water, gas, bedding and bath linen weekly change;
- Final Cleaning: Studio Apartment/Two-Room Apartment euro 55.00, Three-Room Apartment 6 euro 63.00. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise 30 euro will be deducted from the caution money;
- Club Card: from 16/06 al 01/09 euro 38 per adult/week and euro 23 per child/week 4/11 yo. Euro 28 per adult/week, child/week 4/11 yo free from 09/06 to 16/06 and from 01/09 to 15/09;
- Deposit: euro 150, refundable;
- Stay Tax: euro 1 per person/Day from 12 yo.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT (on request at the time of the booking):
- Bath/Bed Linen: euro 18 per person/change;
- Air Conditioning: euro 40 per week (entirely due for stays less than a week);
- Cot: euro 35/week;
- Pets: euro 35 for extra cleaning;
- High Chair: euro 25/week.
- Beach Service: 1st row, from 12 to20 euro daily. 2nd row from 8 to 13 euro daily.

NOTES:
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance.
- Check-out: by 10 a.m.

Cancellation policies

• from 7 days prior the arrival up to no-show: 100% of the total price of the reservation
