TUTTO MOLTO POSITIVO. L'ACCOGLIENZA COME SEMPRE ECCEZIONALE, STAFF MOLTO ATTENTO ALLE RICHIESTE. IMPECCABILE LA PULIZIA DELLA STRUTTURA, APPARTAMENTO COMODO E BEN ATTREZZATO A DUE PASSI DALLA SPIAGGIA PER CHI NON HA VOGLIA DI ESPLORARE I DINTORNI. STRUTTURA COMODISSIMA ANCHE AL CENTRO DEL PAESE CON SUOI NEGOZI E RISTORANTI. -

Sehr sauber und sehr nahe zu wunderschönem Strand La Cinta. Angenehm ruhig, da Vorsaison. Mai ist zum Velofahren (Aktivurlaub) ideal. Strände unglaublich schön und Wasser sehr sauber! -

La tranquillita’ e l’accoglienza delle vostre case in quattro anni che le frequentiamo, anche perché la vicinanza della spiaggia la cinta ci permette di fare delle belle passeggiate.

Es ist eine schöne Anlage mit schöner Nähe zum Meer, Kleiner Supermarkt in der direkten Nähe vorhanden was sehr praktisch ist. Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und guter Aufteilung. Sehr saubere und ordentliche helle Ausstattung .Sehr netter Service und Problemlose Abwicklung. Von unserer Seite aus empfehlenswert. -

Wohnung sehr hellhörig, aber im Ferienhausbereich ist dies glaube ich überall so Leider kein Spiegel in der Wohnung außer der im Bad über dem Waschbecken. Bequemere Terrassenmöbel eventuell eine Liege wäre auch nicht schlecht. Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse wäre auch nicht schlecht. Im September ist eine Woche Festival wenn man Ruhesuchend ist sollte man diese Zeit meiden da es in dieser Zeit doch recht laut ist durch den Aufenthalt vieler Party-Jugendlichen. Außerhalb dieser Woche ist die Anlage relativ ruhig.

la casa che mi é stata assegnata era spaziosa, ampio terrazzo e buona assistenza, vicino alla Cinta, mini market..andava benissimo. -

All’interno di questo ’villaggio’ non ci sono cassonetti della spazzatura….devi andare in quelli comunali in altre strade…magari uno all’ingresso non sarebbe male.

Schöne und recht ruhige Anlage,Strandnähe, sehr freundlicher und schneller Service sehr nettes Team vor Ort !! , schnelle Problembehebung wenn etwas nicht ganz passte. :-) Waschmaschine :-) Kann man unbedenklich wieder buchen......... -

Recht spartanisch eingerichtet, ein zweiter Spiegel außerhalb des Bades wäre erfreulich und hilfreich vor allem bei mehrerer Personen. Küchenutensilien auch recht mager nach Reklamation wird aber sofort aufgefüllt. Sonnenschirm bzw. eine Liegen wäre auch toll da man einen schönen Gartenbereich oder Terasse hat.

ci aspettavamo un posto piu’ vicino al mare pero’ siamo stati fortunati perche’ il nostro appartamento era uno di quelli piu’ vicini alla spiaggia ( questo era il secondo appartamento perche’ il primo abbiamo dormito solo una notte perche’ ci sembrava di stare vicino ad autodromo cortesemente il giorno dopo ci hanno offerto un’altra soluzione molto piu’ tranquilla). Mancava la lavastoviglie.

La zona e il paese erano come descritti. La casa ordinata e pulita. La distanza dal paese e dal mare perfetta, come da descrizione. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale. Nel complesso una buona vacanza. -

La casa che ci è stata assegnata dava direttamente sulla strada (parecchio trafficata anche di notte) e ci svegliavamo spesso per il passaggio di moto e quad. Anche al pomeriggio era difficile riposare per via dei vicini rumorosi al piano sopra. Doccia troppo piccola (70x70)

La tranquillità del posto, la vicinanza sia alla spiaggia che al paese, la vicinanza dal porto di Olbia che in poco tempo ti permette di arrivare a San Teodoro. -

Non ci sono aspetti che si possono definire negativi magari migliorabili questo si ma proprio negativi no forse solo le zanzare ecco questo si che può essere un’aspetto negativo piuttosto che l’odore di stabbio proveniente dal vicino maneggio ma per il resto è veramente tutto oK.
