Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: 35 euro per adult/week, 15 euro per child 3-11,9 years old, 0-2,9 years old free. It includes electricity, water, gas, use of the swimming-pool, bed linen;
- Final Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 50, Two-Room Apartment euro 60, Three-Room Apartment euro 80, Four-Room Apartment euro 90. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 50 euro;
- Comfort Card (from 03/06 to 16/09): 15 euro adult, euro 5 per child 3-11,9 years old, 0-2,9 years old free.
- Deposit: euro 200 refundable at end of the stay. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail.
- Stay Tax: if required.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed Linen: euro 10 per person/change;
- Bath Linen: euro 8 per person/change;
- Beach-Towel: euro 5 per person/change;
- Daily Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 15, Two-Room Apartment euro 20, Three-Room Apartment euro 30, Four-Room Apartment euro 40 (Kitchenette excluded);
- High-Chair/Stroller: euro 10 per week (each);
- Baby-Cot: euro 35/week - own baby-cot allowed;
- Extra Bed: 70 euro per week;
- Coffee Maker (americano) / Kettle: euro 10 per week (each);
- Pets: euro 30 per stay for extra cleaning;
 

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed. Arrivals after 08.00 p.m. will be charged 50 euro.
- Check-out: by 10 am;
