Great location. Good pool and beach.
Family with young sons
Very nice location, near the see and with clean long plage. Nice and clean accommodation facilities, perfect background for holiday stay with children. (Perfect weather conditions during our stay).
Mature couples
Beach, pool, cafe, all excellent. Very nice house.

Located in a wide and green residential area right in front of the sea, Cala Verde Residence consists of terraced apartments on one or two flats, all furnished in a simple and functional way and having a garden or terrace. They are between 150 and 600m from the white sandy beach.

The residence is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, on the south-western coast of Sardinia. It is about 40km from the airport and the port of Cagliari.

    La struttura ha offerto di più di quanto stabilito con contratto ( tv , condizionatore , e posto auto assegnato )

    Alloggio molto caldo non utilizzabile senza condizionatore.

    La località molro bella con ampia possibilità di escursioni.

    Egregio signor Chiari la ringraziamo per aver espresso il suo parere sul soggiorno presso la struttura Calaverde, ringraziandola per i pareri positivi le comunico che faremo tesoro della sua critica e nell'eventuale sua futura vacanza presso il complesso calaverde faremo in modo di rendere il suo soggiorno migliore assegnandoli altra tipologia abitativa, fermo restando che il caldo di quel periodo e l'assenza del maestrale, hanno sicuramente accentuato l'esigenza di tenere acceso il condizionatore piu di quanto non lo si faccia abitualmente. cordiali saluti, Summer Holidays

    - Pool war geschlossen - Das Wasser im Pool wurde nicht abgelassen, obwohl der Pool geschlossen war -> viele Schnaken am Abend - mittelmäßiger Strand

    Résidence très calme, les gens étaient très ouverts et très acceuillants. Les chats de Cala Verde s’ajoutent au charme des lieux. La verdure de la résidence est vraiment très agréable.
  • What I did not like
    l’heure d’arrivée n’était pas claire. nous avons attendu une heure à la résidence à 22h. Nous ne pouvions arrivé plus tôt (avion+plusieurs bus) et l’heure de notre arrivée avait été communiquée via le centre de reservation, ce qui ne semblait pas poser de problème. En fait, nous ne devions pas nous présenter à la résidence Cala Verde mais à La Pineta, à 1km de là, et ça rien ne nous l’avait préciser. Cela dit, malgré l’attente quelqu’un est venu à notre secours... heuresement. quelques suggestions: - du tabac à rouler au Market! - des locations de vélos sur place! - affichage des horaires de bus à la résidence!
