NOTES
- Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated to the reception in advance, otherwise the check-in can't be guaranteed. Check-in possible only the day after for arrivals after 00.00. For arrivals during the midweek, the check-in will be possible only until 8 pm (and only if communicated in advance); after that time, it must be paid extra 15 euro.

- Reception and Check-in: c/o Villaggio Baia de Bahas (9 am-1 pm/4.00-8 pm).

Very good view. We will never have to go again -
What I did not like
Pool closed before we arrived and was a dark green. Bar and restaurant shut after 7 days. Local supermarket destocking from first day. Please inform your clients that Sardinia starts to close middle of September.

L équipement de l appartement n est vraiment pas à la hauteur ,en cuisine il n y a rien , pas de verres à vin, pas de four micro onde , pas de cafetière , vraiment le minimum En salle de bain , la douche est très limite avec de la moisissure par endroits et un rideau de douche tout "déglingué" Le mobilier en général est trés vieux et sans goût ,

Difficoltà al carico e scarico dei bagagli stante la distanza dal posto auto (esterno, non recintato, assolato) e l’appartamento.Distanza dell’appartamento dalla spiaggia.Assenza di spiaggia attrezzata (quantomenno a distanza accettabile) Pontili per imbarcazioni corsie di approdo assolutamente dominanti con qualità dell’acqua della baia decisamente scaduta (dal mio precedente soggiorno di 20 anni fa) a mio avviso, per eutrofizzazione dei fondali indotta dai rigogliosi giardini circostanti e dalle imbarcazioni.

Appartement sale et vétuste situé au dessus d’un restaurant très bruyant à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit. Très très mauvais rapport qualité prix. A EVITER IMPERATIVEMENT !!!

sehr schöne Ferienanlage, netter eigener Strand, tolle Aussicht, sauberer und gepflegter Pool, gutes Restaurant -
What I did not like
Keine Parkplätze, die Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht sauber. Unter unserer Küche lag eine alte MUschel, deswegen stank es wahnsinnig. Wir mußten den Service mehrmals rufen. Am Ende haben wir die Muschel als Ursache gefunden.

E’ stata, veramente una vacanza meravigliosa: Bellissimo il posto, buonissima la sistemazione nell’appartamento, bellissimo il villaggio e comodissime le varie spiagge. Consigliamo vivamente il villaggio a coppie di adulti o coppie con bambini per la posizione del posto, sia per stare in loco, che per visitare la Sardegna, essendo il villaggio vicino a centri principali come Olbia. -

Per chi ama la quiete in assoluto, essendo il nostro appartamento proprio sopra la piazzetta principale, naturalmente, fino alle ore 10,00 c’era un pò di confusione, che forse, per chi va in vacanza nel mese di agosto, potrebbe essere più accentuata, ma ciò non ha tolto nulla alla vacanza.

Bel villaggio con vista sul mare e buona qualità dei servizi. -

L’arrivo è stato a dir poco tragico. All’arrivo ci è stato asegnato un monolocale che definire una stamberga è a dir poco un complimento. Una sorta di sottoscala, sporco, maleodorante e con letti improponibili. Non solo. All’arrivo ci volevano far pagare 40 € in più per il ritardo all’arrivo (erano le 23), ma il ritardo era imputabile al traghetto. E nonostante avessimo specificato l’eventuale possibilità che ciò avvenisse nel contratto con la Vostra agenzia. Dopo vibranti proteste, la direzione ha deciso di non applicarci l’ingiusta "tassa" e di affidarci un altro alloggio, ma solo dopo due giorni di soggiorno. Questa volta ci è stato affidato un bilocale veramente bello, confortevole e pulito. Con un piccolo particolare. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare anche i 100 € di deposito cauzionale. Morale, l’appartamento ci è costato 390 anzichè i 290 del contratto. Comunque il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la disponibilità della direzione (dopo le proteste iniziali), soddisfacente.

Una de las habitaciones era con camas tipo litera. La piscina no estaba abierta hasta el mes de junio. Llovió y hubo algo de goteras.
