COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: euro 20 per person/week (over 2 yo) for electricity, water, gas;
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 60, Three-Room Apartment euro 65, Four-Room Apartment euro 80, euro 100 for Villa;
- Deposit: euro 150 per apartment.
- Stay Tax: if required

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Bed Linen: euro 12 euro per person/week/bed (weekly change compulsory);;
- Bath Towels: euro 8 per person/week/bath (weekly change compulsory);
- Cot: euro 40 per stay;
- Extra Bed: 45 euro per week (not available in all apartments);
- Tv and Decoder: 50 euro/week; only Decoder euro 20/week;
- Air Conditioning: euro 50 per person/week (not available in all apartments);
- Pets: euro 50.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the apartment reception: after 9 pm euro 20 supplement; after 00:00 and until 1:00 am euro 30.
- Check-out: till 10.00;
- Arrivals/Departures: free - except 05-25/08 August: only Saturday Saturday.
