Posizione comoda per la spiaggia e ristoranti. S.Teodoro veramente un bel posto. -

Sotto il piano terra ci sono appartamenti abitati dal personale di servizio delle strutture circostanti che discutevano molto spesso ,disturbando le nostre vacanze!Mancanza di spazio esterno.

vicinanza alla spiaggia. -

nessuna cura degli spazi comuni, piante ed erbacce incolte, sporcizia davanti e dietro il residence, schiamazzi e maleducazione degli affittuari dei piani interrati, pericolosità entrata ed uscita dal residence alla strada per mancanza di adeguata segnaletica e specchi.
