The “Casa di Nonno Eligio” apartment complex is made of 9 newly built properties and located in Barisardo, about 4.5 km from the beach of Torre di Barì in the East coast of Sardinia. The lovely beach features a seventeenth-century Spanish tower and it is just 6 km away from the Cea beach known for its spectacular cliffs. The apartments are just a few minutes' drive from Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese resorts where boat excursions depart each day to the wonderful and unspoiled beaches of Cala Goloritzé, Cala Sisine, Cala Luna and Cala Mariolu. The Torre di Barì resort is an ideal spot especially for surf and kite lovers, scuba diving and fishing and for those who love active holidays.

Location: The property is 15 km from the port of Arbatax.

Apartments and rooms: The complex consists of 9 two-room apartments and three-room apartments (4 to 8 beds).

1 bed apartments: (sleep 4). They consist of living room / kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower, air conditioning system and heating.

2 bed apartments: (sleep 6/7). They consist of living room / kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, and bunk bed room, bathroom with shower, air conditioning system and heating.

3 bed apartments: (sleep 7/8). They consist of a living room / kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, and bedroom with bunk bed for 3 people, mezzanine with another single bed, and bathroom with shower, autonomous air conditioning system and heating.

Kitchen: The apartments are equipped with kitchenette equipped with dishes, knives, etc. There is a one bed apartment with wheelchair access. On request

The apartments include: washing machine, cable TV, fridge and fridge, iron and ironing board, clothes rack in the terrace.

Services in residence and beach: The residence provides a linen rental service, at a cost of 15 euros per person, for bed linen, bath and kitchen.

Beach: The residence is located 4.5 Km from Lido di Barì beach, dominated by the Aragonese Tower. The golden sandy beach has a shallow sea water with a gentle slope. The complex is a great location for discovering some of the most amazing beaches in Sardinia, such as: Cala Goloritzé, Cala Sisine, Cala Luna and Cala Mariolu. The unspoiled countryside offers great options for trekking, horse-riding, canoeing, cycling, etc.
