The Parco degli Ulivi Hotel is a splendid 4* property situated in the beautiful and picturesque countryside of Arzachena, just a few kilometres from the famous Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast). The Rooms. You can choose from the following types according to your individual needs:

- Standard Room

Each standard room is about 20 square metres in size. They are located in a building surrounded by centenary old olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation in a beautiful natural setting. These rooms can be either with a double bed or two comfortable single beds. They are located on the first floor (in this case they will have a balcony) and on the ground floor (in this case they will have a veranda). In addition, each room has a bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning systems, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, mini bar, bathrobes and hairdryer. Thanks to their location these rooms guarantee tranquillity and total relaxation.

- Deluxe Room

The Deluxe rooms are about 35 square metres in size and are located on the ground floor. They include a double bed, a sofa, bathroom with shower, bathrobes, hairdryer and an outdoor veranda. The rooms have air conditioning and heating system, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, and mini bar. These rooms fit well those who need more space and families with one child as it is possible to add one additional bed.

- The Suite

The Suites are ideal if you prefer more space or are travelling with your family. They are all located on the ground floor and each has a total size of about 45 square metres. Inside there is a double bedroom and a separate living room where we can add two comfortable single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bathrobes, a safe and an outdoor covered veranda. The suites also include air conditioning and heating systems, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi connection, mini bar and tea set.

The Parco degli Ulivi hotel also has two rooms equipped for wheelchair users.

The hotel restaurant is certainly one of the main reasons to choosing to stay here. Chef Angelo Bellano and his staff prepare elegant and tasty dishes that combine Mediterranean colours and scents with the freshness of the products collected in the restaurant's organic garden. The quality of the cuisine has made the restaurant the new benchmark for gourmets. The restaurant features good views and it is tastefully furnished and decorated.

The wine cellar of the hotel is called “Divinu” and offers a fantastic choice of high quality wines from Sardinian, but also national and international. There is a strong passion for the good wine by the hotel management and today the cellar counts more than 600 different labels. The hotel organizes wine tastings combined with aperitifs and culinary experiences. The hotel also organizes shipping service for those who want to buy a few bottles during their stay.

The Parco degli Ulivi hotel is located in a beautiful countryside that includes granite rocks shaped by the wind, olive trees and lush Mediterranean vegetation. There is a large swimming pool available for guests with parasols and deckchairs. There is also another swimming pool with a Jacuzzi for a fee. A TV room and safety deposit boxes are available at the reception. Cribs are provided free of charge on request. Swimming pools towels and Jacuzzi are included in the price. A wine and food experience in the wine cellar is provided free of charge for guests that stay at least 7 consecutive nights. Private parking available.

Beaches in the area

The closest beach is located in the famous resort of Cannigione, about 6 km away. The beach has white sand and clear sea water. It is particularly suitable for children considering the shallow sea bed and rescue service during the summer months. There are many other beautiful beaches in the area since the hotel is about 7 Km from the Emerald Coast.

What to do in the surrounding area

The hotel combines the tranquillity and the gorgeous landscapes of the Gallura region with the comfort of being just a few minutes’ drive from wonderful beaches. From Palau there are daily boats that bring visitors to discover the breath-taking beaches of the La Maddalena archipelago. Starting from the hotel you can go cycling or walking, visit archaeological sites or even go horseback riding.
