This formula involves a chance factor, and we were very lucky to be able to go to the Capo D’Orso Hotel, which is the leading hotel of Delphina group, so the Price/quality factor is unbeatable. The food was delicious, the scenery was great, the personnel very profesionnal and the room superb.

The booking staff were fantastic and answered all my questions very quickly. The roulette offer was great as we liked the look of all the hotels but were on a budget. The Hotel Relax Torreruja was lovely, we did have to change rooms on the 3rd night as we were on the road and not a very nice outlook (not very private at all) but reception staff very helpful. We actually got engaged on the platform overlooking the sea at sunset so it will be a really memorable holiday for us for ever!!

Capo d'Orso Thalasso & SPA Hotel is located in Cala Capra Park, a pristine corner of Sardinia right in front of La Maddalena Archipelago and the Costa Smeralda. This hotel has been designed to pamper its guests with the breakfast served in the park, the golf course and Thalasso SPA centre close to the sea.   • What I Liked
    The booking staff were fantastic and answered all my questions very quickly. The roulette offer was great as we liked the look of all the hotels but were on a budget.   • What I did not like
    We were disappointed that the rooftop restaurant had closed - we understand that it was late in the season but we had some really lovely calm evenings when they could have opened it. Also, the pool bar closed quite early and unexpectedly some nights even when it was nice weather. We did change bedrooms as mentioned above but it was all sorted and we had a lovely room once we moved.

    Professionalism and friendliness of the staff, all staff bar, reception, spa, service/waiting staff and house keepers all fantastic! Beautiful surroundings and pool and spa area. Good entertainment every evening. Amazing food!! Relaxing atmosphere.
  • What I did not like
    The rooms are basic for a 4 star hotel. No iron or tea and coffee making facilities, robes or slippers in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and only one pillow per person. I felt the rooms were a little on the small size and in need of updating for a four star resort and for the price you pay compaired to other four star resorts all over Europe and the rest of the world!!

    Mancanza di ombrellone e lettino "ASSEGNATO" ( numero di ombrelloni non sufficiente rispetto agli ospiti del villaggio. Servizio fotografie costoso e poco efficente, qualità delle foto discreta.

    El resort donde nos alojamos tenia demasiadas plantas rodeando las habitaciones con mucha humedad por lo que eso conlleva a un exceso de insectos y hormigas que se nos colaban en las habitaciones y llegaba a ser molesto. Por lo demas correcto.
