COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: (compulsory over 2 yo) euro 5 per person/day (entirely due for stays less than one week) for assistance, forfait costs and final cleaning (kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 25 euro extra);
- Caution: euro 100 per apartment.

Die Küche war sehr dürftig eingerichtet, bei 6 Personen-Belegung hätte nicht alles Geschirr ausgereicht

La casa rientrava positivamente nelle ns aspettative, silenziosa immersa nel verde fresca e allo stesso tempo in paese, come noi volevamo.Le camere erano spaziose e ben areate. Il park auto all’ombra -

Sono riuscita a fare una bella vacanza, sicuramente fuori stagione ma, ad un prezzo molto conveniente e in una bella struttura che rispettava precisamente quella vista nelle foto. -

L’unico aspetto negativo è che il traghetto proposto in offerta aveva partenze che non coincidevano con le date di arrivo e partenza delle strutture, e le spese forfettarie da pagare in loco andrebbero precisate meglio poichè rispetto all’offerta sono molto alte e non sono affatto specificate nei siti delle singole strutture.

Avevamo chiesto un bilocale e ci hanno assegnato un appartamento con 1ampio soggiorno 2 camere 2 bagni ben pulito ed in ordine in prossimita’ del centro di San Teodoro -

Un po’ distante dal mare.Il televisore non ci ha mai fatto vedere i canali Rai e la 7, ma in compenso ci hanno reso indietro i soldi del noleggio,quindi tutto sommato e’ andata bene!!

appartamento in buono stato, nuovo, ampio, parcheggio, giardino. Tempestività negli interventi da parte del personale dell’agenzia. -

scarsa dotazione di elettrodomestici (forno), di stoviglie e di pentole. L’appartamento era circondato da una campagna abbandonata con presenza di animali.
