COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: (compulsory over 2 yo) euro 5 per person/day (entirely due for stays less than one week) for assistance, forfait costs and final cleaning (kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 25 euro extra);
- Caution: euro 100 per apartment.

La Sardegna è la più bella regione d’Italia e ha dei posti da paradiso terrestre. Poi mia moglie è sarda. Quindi 10 e lode -

Le strutture soprattutto strade e autostrade . Poi i prezzi in genere . Come detto sopra avete un paradiso e non lo sfruttate . ( faccio un discorso generale , non rivolto a nessuno in particolare.)

Gute Lage, Schlichte aber ordentliche Anlage, Nähe zum "Originalleben" (wir mögen keine künstlichen Hotelanlagen, die nur für die Besucherbequemlichkeit gebaut werden, am besten fühlen wir uns mitten im Stadtleben oder am Stadtrand, unter Einheimischen), ausreichende Ausstattung, gute Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten), gemütliche Terrasse. -

Die Möbel sind etwas "klapprig", Etagenbett für die Kinder ist etwas überholtes, insbesondere kann es (weil ohne eine Leiter) für kleinere Kinder problematisch werden. An zwei Tagen waren die Nachbarn richtig laut bis spät in der Nacht, wir wissen allerdings nicht, ob es Anlagenbewohner oder andere waren.

In generale è stato tutto positivo sia sotto l’aspetto della professionalità degli operatori dell’agenzia sia riguardo l’appartamento che ci ha ospitato confortevole e ben arredato.L’unico neo è da considerarsi la stradina sterrata e dissestata che porta all’ abitazine ma....comunque superabile. -
