- Forfait Costs: 35 euro per adult/week, 17.5 euro per child 3-11,9 years old, 0-2,9 years old free. It includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen;
- Final Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 50, Two-Room Apartment euro 60, Three-Room Apartment euro 70. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 50 euro;
- Deposit: euro 200 refundable at end of the stay. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail.
- Stay Tax: if required.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed Linen: euro 10 per person/change;
- Bath Linen: euro 10 per person/change;
- Beach-Towel: euro 5 per person/change;
- Midweek Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 20, Two-Room Apartment euro 25, Three-Room Apartment euro 30 (Kitchenette excluded);
- High-Chair/Stroller: euro 10 per week (each);
- Baby-Cot: euro 35/week - own baby-cot allowed;
- Extra Bed: 50 or 70 euro per week, depending on the period;
- Coffee Maker (americano) / Kettle: euro 10 per week (each);
- Pets: euro 30 per stay for extra cleaning;
- Family Kit: euro 70 per Week (baby cot, baby bathtub, bottle and baby food warmer, stroller).

- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed. Clients arriving after 24.00 will be welcomed and accommodated the following day or, in the event of pre-warning on the act of booking, they will be accommodated under payment of an extra € 50 to be paid on site.

villas next to Bouganvillage Residence: very nice villas with a big garden, close to swimming pool -
What I did not like
villas next to Bouganvillage Residence: there was a noise from construction site near villa, especially in the morning. No air - conditioning.

Residence pulito e molto ordinato, accoglienza cortese e posto macchine ( importante in sardegna in quanto ci si muove tutti i giorni ). -

Nel mio bilocale ci sarebbe stato un notevole beneficio se ci fosse stato un tetto sulla veranda.

personale gentile e molto professionale, gli alloggi decisamente confortevoli, puliti ed inseriti in un contesto discreto e gradevole, facilità di raggiungere con l’auto vari luoghi in quanto a giugno la viabilità è ottima con la possibilità di scegliere sempre il meglio senza particolari sforzi. mare sempre bellissimo e spiagge pulite. -

un po’ distante sia dalle spiagge che da centri abitati, ma per noi non è stato un problema in quanto automuniti,

il residence è collocato in ottima posizione per raggiungere le località più belle della sardegna. è comunque necessaria l’auto per spostarsi anche solo per trovare un supermercato. La persona addetta alla reception è stata molto gentile. -

il residence è piccolo e accogliente, molto tranquillo. Vicino ai principali raccordi stradali e in posizione ottima per escursioni sia nelle spiagge nord che in quelle a sud di Budoni. Ottima l’assistenza del personale, molto curata la struttura e la piscina. -

Abbiamo trovato sporco e polvere sotto al divano letto, scopa inutilizzabile e polveroso il ventilatore. Ma siamo stati subito assistiti. Non c’è il bar descritto nella presentazione della struttua.
