COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Final Cleaning: Three-Room Apartment euro 110, Two-Room Apartment euro 60. Kitchen-corner, fridge and crockery must be left clean before departure otherwise 50 euro will be deducted from the caution money;
- Caution: euro 100 to pay cash, refundable at the end of the stay or by return mail (costs charged to the customer);
- Stay tax: if required.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed linen and Bath Towels: euro 10 per person/change;
- Cot: 20 euro per day;
- Pets: 15 euro per day + 50 euro per extra cleaning. Not allowed in common areas.
NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. Arrivals after 10 p.m. must be communicated in advance, otherwise the check-in will not be guaranteed. Arrivals after 10 pm and max. until 01.00 a.m. are charged euro 50 extra;
- Check-out: by 09.00 a.m. after this time, the entire caution will be retained;
- Prices include energy, water and gas;
- Checks are not accepted.
Cancellation policies

l’appartamente era esattamente come descritto su web. la posizione era davvero tranquilla. -
What I did not like
la casa sapeva di vecchio. abbiamo tenuto aperto per 3 gg perchè l’odore andasse via. non troviamo giusti i 50 € extra per l’arrivo notturno. per chi arriva la sera ad olbia è matematicamente impossibile arrivare entro l’orario. Inoltre non abbiamo gradito che gli adetti della struttura siano venuti a riparare la zanzariera e altri disservizi (maniglia finestra rotta, lampadine fulminate, doccia intesata, segnalati al nostro arrivo) quando eravamo fuori casa senza nemmeno avvertire.

l’appartamento era in una zona un pò troppo dispersa nelle colline, poco illumninata e non recintata, l’arredamento era un pò vecchio, poco soleggiato e l’area esterna non è sfruttata pienamente.
