COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: per person per week euro 35,00 for electricity, water, gas, bed linen with weekly change. Infant 0-2 yo free;
- Final Cleaning: euro 57 two-room apartment, euro 65 three-room apartment. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure;
- Caution: 100 euro (check or credit card) refundable at the end of the stay.
- Stay Tax:
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Bath Linen: euro 10 per person/week;
- Cot: euro 50 per week (own cot allowed);
- Tv Sat, Air Conditioning, Washing Machine: euro 50 per week for each service - subject to availability;
- Half Board: euro 20/person/day (dinner à la carte and italian breakfast in the 3 partner restaurants in the area);
- Pets: small size allowed, common areas excluded. Euro 25,00 supplement for final cleaning.
NOTES
- Check-in: 5-8 pm. Arrivals after 8.30 pm will be charged 30 euro extra and must be communicated in advance to the reception.
- Check-out: by 10 am.
Cancellation policies
- from 15 days prior the arrival up to no-show: 100% of the total price of the reservation

What I Liked
Lage des Appt.recht gut.Für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz. Nähe zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut. -
What I did not like
Einrichtung heruntergekommen , Bad viel zu klein , Küchenausstattung, Geschirr etc.nicht ausreichend. Bedarf dringend umfassender Renovierung.
