Hotel Residence Palm Village

The 3* Palm Village Residence Hotel is located in Villasimius, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the South East Sardinia. This hotel has been recently completed, with the main body develing around the semicircular swimming pool. The pool also includes a jacuzzy area.

The hotel is located next to some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, along the south east coast, characterized by fine white sand and a crystal clear sea. The apartments of the Palm Village Hotel are tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday. All apartments include: a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safety deposit box, and bathroom with shower. Externally they all have a large veranda with wicker table and chairs. The accommodation options are as follows:

Suite – Two bed apartment. Sleep 6

The three-room suite is an independent villa of good size (about 65 square meters). Inside there is a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining area. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Externally we find a large furnished veranda to relax and eat in the in the garden. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

One bed apartment. Sleep 4

The two-room apartment, recently completed, is about 38 square meters in size. Inside there is a double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower. There is also a comfortable fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, etc. Externally there is a large veranda also furnished to relax and eat in the garden. This two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Studio. Sleep 4

The studios can be in two different locations: have a sea view and be in front of the pool or be in front of the hotel's beautiful garden. This studio has a double bed, a sofa bed (two single beds or one double bed, a kitchenette equipped with dishes, pots, etc.) and a large veranda furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Studio 3 - Type A Superior

This studio has dimensions slightly larger than those of the type B. Internally, it has a single room with a double bed, a sofa bed for one person, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. You can have a view on the new pool, or on the garden full of flowers and plants or have a sea view. The veranda is equipped with table and chairs. This apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

Studio 3 - Type B Standard

This studio has a slightly reduced size compared to type A. Inside, however, inside we find: a single room with a double bed, a sofa bed for one person, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. You can have a view on the new pool, or on the garden full of flowers and plants or have a sea view. The veranda is equipped with table and chairs. This apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

Studios 2

This studio has been designed to comfortably accommodate two people. Inside there is a double bed, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs where you can eat comfortably and relax while admiring the sea view, looking at the garden colored by flowers or on the new beautiful swimming pool with particular “sand effect”. This studio can accommodate 2 people.

Comfort at Palm Beach Resort Hotel

• Guests at the hotel can enjoy a brand new sand-effect swimming pool with jacuzzi area. The pool is perfectly equipped to read a book or enjoy an aperitif.
• The pool has different heights that allows children to have fun safely. During the winter months, the pool is covered and the water is heated to maintain ideal comfort.
• Guests can also use the resort pool next door: the Green Village Resort. Also in this case the pool has different depths to meet the needs of children and adults.
• Inside the resort there is an area dedicated to the barbecue, equipped with a gazebo, tables and chairs to eat outdoors. There is also a free luggage storage. The management offers free Wi-Fi with unlimited traffic for one device per accommodation.

Other services on request

- Mountain bike rental, possibility of excursions by sailing boat or motor boat with lunch on board, rental of rubber dinghy for excursions in the surrounding beautiful beaches.

- Pets: allowed if of small size. They must stay outside of the common areas and must be requested at the time of booking.

Catering

The Palm Village Resort Hotel has an excellent snack bar where you can enjoy breakfasts but also delicious cold dishes at lunchtime, salads, pizzas, platters of meats and cheeses. Excellent first and second courses and a good selection of wines are also available.

Service at the beach

The marvelous Simius beach, with white sand and crystal clear sea, is just 650 meters from the hotel. This beach has an area reserved for the hotel equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towels. These are available for guests during the opening times of the beach (from 13/05/18 until 07/10/18) and for stays of at least 3 consecutive nights.

The spaces dedicated to children

The children of the Palm Village can have fun in the playground dedicated to them. They can also use another area equipped with games, inside the Green Village Resort next to the hotel.

Included in the rate

-        Rates include the consumption of water, electricity, and final cleaning. The guests need to clean the kitchenette;

-        The rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels;

-        For stays of 4/6 consecutive days there is a total change of bed linen and towels after after 2 days of stay. While, for stays of 7 days there are two changes of bed and bathroom linen. For stays of 10 days are included two changes of bed linen and towels plus an extra change of linen for the bathroom.

Tourist tax and deposit

- Deposit: 100 euro. To be given back at the end of stay after checking the accommodation

- Tourist tax: 1 euro per person per day, from 11 years

- Crib: 7 euro per day

- Stroller or high chair: 5 euro per day

- Rental bike: 2.50 euro per hour or 10 euro for the whole day

- Use of washing machine: 6 euro per wash

Check-in/out

- Check-in: from 09:00 to 20:00. Guests are requested to communicate if the arrival is scheduled after 20:00, otherwise check-in is not guaranteed that evening. A supplement of 35 euros is applied for each hour of delay after 20:00.
