The 3* Baia Marina Hotel is located in Orosei just about 10 minutes’ walk from the Marina Beach. The resort of Orosei is the perfect destination for those looking for a quiet holiday, away from the busy beaches during August. The area provides excellent food and wine, has a lot of Italian character and preserves its traditions and culture. There are a good number of craft shops and Sardinian art in the town. The area provides to be an excellent value for money destination for families too. Just 12 km away, there is the beautiful “Natural Oasis of Bidderosa” famous for the colors of its sea water and the presence of unspoiled nature. It has about 5 km of pristine white sandy beach with pine forests, wild junipers and Mediterranean vegetation. The restaurant serves typical Sardinian dishes and local wines which can also be enjoyed on a beautiful and quiet terrace. The Baia Marina Hotel has 40 rooms, some with views of the park and countryside, and a very cozy Suite with: double bedroom, kitchen, large panoramic terrace and double bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. Each room has a balcony or veranda and comes with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a bathroom with shower, TV, Wi-Fi, mini bar, electronic safe and air conditioning. 

The hotel also fits well with motorcycle lovers. In fact it has a large and comfortable covered garage, served by elevator. For motorbike lovers, there is a free area for bike cleaning and another for drying the motorcycle overalls. Additional helmets cleaning and laundry services are available for a fee.

RESTAURANTS: The restaurant/pizzeria offers typical Sardinian seasonal dishes with a choice of meat and fish menu, tasty vegetarian cuisine, excellent pizzas cooked in wooden oven. We have also a wide choice of white and red regional wines.

BARS: Located inside a large covered veranda. At lunchtime you can enjoy excellent and fresh salads and a selection of hot dishes. In the evenings there is also the opportunity to attend entertainment events.

THE BEACH: The Marina is only 600 m away and is therefore reachable on foot. There is also a shuttle service available at scheduled times. The main beach is about one mile away.

SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES: There is a bicycle service available to guests, which can be also used to reach the nearby beach through a cycle track. It is possible to organize guided tours or free excursions around the area: Tiscali, the Bue Marino Grotto, etc. are just few minutes’ drive. There are plenty of great locations to visit in this part of Sardinia. Scooter rental and transfer from/to the airport is also available on request.

PARKING: free, outdoors, in front of the hotel, but there is also a covered garage for a fee. Limited availability.
