Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Final Cleaning: Three-Room Apartment euro 110, Two-Room Apartment euro 60. Kitchen-corner, fridge and crockery must be left clean before departure otherwise 50 euro will be deducted from the caution money;
- Caution: euro 100 to pay cash, refundable at the end of the stay or by return mail (costs charged to the customer);
- Stay tax: if required.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed linen and Bath Towels: euro 10 per person/change;
- Cot: 20 euro per day;
- Pets: 15 euro per day + 50 euro per extra cleaning. Not allowed in common areas.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. Arrivals after 10 p.m. must be communicated in advance, otherwise the check-in will not be guaranteed. Arrivals after 10 pm and max. until 01.00 a.m. are charged euro 50 extra;
- Check-out: by 09.00 a.m. after this time, the entire caution will be retained;
- Prices include energy, water and gas;
- Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation policies

• from 6 days prior the arrival up to no-show: 100% of the total price of the reservation
