- Endreinigung: Villa4 Euro 60, Villa6 Euro 75, Villa8 Euro 90. Die Kochnische muss von den Gästen sauber hinterlassen werden, ansonsten werden extra 50 Euro pro Wohnung berechnet.
- Kaution: Euro 200, rückzahlbar am Ende des Aufenthalts (es wird bei der Abreise oder per Post zurückerstattet).
- Aufenthalt Gebühr: nur wenn vorgeschrieben.

- Check-Out: innerhalb von 10.00 Uhr;

Ales bestens. Wenn ich nächstes Jahr ein Urlaub auf Sardinien mache werde ich mich bestimmt bei Ihnen melden. appartamento ampio e fresco . Posizione ottima; dotazione appartamento buona. Pulizia. -

lampadine bruciate, ombrellone difettose, forno non funzionante (ma non è servito), stendino mancante, pentole mancanti. A segnalazione è però subito seguito l’intervento puntuale dei gentili gestori.

Casa abbastanza pulita. Buono il fatto che era presente anche la lavatrice. Piscina curata nonostante il periodo ancora primaverile. Stendibiancheria, sedie e tavolo esterni. -

Lampadine esterne fulminate, ma subito riparate anche se giornata festiva. Lavastoviglie non funzionante, ma è un particolare di scarsa importanza.

innanzitutto ringraziamo la signora responsabile della vs.reception per la gentilezza e per la disponibilita’ nei nostri confronti . ci e’ piaciuta molto l’ubicazione della casetta a noi assegnata per la tranquillita’ e anche per le camere e tutto il resto. -

très bon accueil,gentillesse du personnel disponible et très agréable, et personnalisation des services avec beaucoup de reactivité et de promptitude dans les réponses aux demandes. La position de la résidence fait qu’on se trouve très près d’une plage très sauvage (saline) et pas très loin non plus de la merveilleuse plage de la Pelosa aux sublimes couleurs....donc très satisfaits. -

résidence un peu triste en basse saison (18 au 25 septembre) avec peu de commerces de proximité (superette manquant de denrées pour des courses complètes, car fermant bientôt) mais en même temps beaucoup de calme et de tranquilité (comment tout avoir !!! (lol))
