- Endreinigung: zwei-Zimmer Wohnung 40 Euro, drei-Zimmer Wohnung 50 Euro, 4-Zimmer Wohnung 60 Euro. Die Kochnische muss von den Gästen sauber hinterlassen werden, ansonsten wird + 50% der Endreinigung Kosten pro Aufenthalt pro Wohnung Typ berechnet.
- Kaution: 100 Euro pro Wohnung, rückzahlbar am Ende des Aufenthalts.
OPTIONALE LEISTUNGEN VON ORT ZU BEZAHLEN (auf Anfrage bei der Buchung)
- Badwäsche/Badwäsche: 15 Euro pro Person/Wechsel;
- Kinderbett: 30 Euro pro Aufenthalt (selbst mitgebrachtes Kinderbett kann kostenlos zugestellt werden - Max. 1 pro Wohnung);
- Zustellbett: 50 Euro pro Woche;
- Kleine Tiere: + 50% der Endreinigung Kosten pro Aufenthalt/Wohnung Typ.

wrong and ugly old furnitures haven’t got water out of the house , so we have to go in and we wash the send on our feet only in the bathroom, so every other room became very sendy little noisy because of the neighbours

per errore abbiamo usufruito di un trilocale al posto del bilocale, fortunati! ma non mi posso lamentare. vicinanza al mare, oltre le previsioni ovviamente bello il mare ma anche il paese molto accogliente positiva l’abbinata con il traghetto per orari e servizio offerto, il prezzo è alto ma questo è un altro discorso -

solo in sardegna può accadere che il mare sia più pulito delle strade dove si cammina... la struttura un pò datata, soprattutto per l’arredamento: più che un letto una branda, tirando i cassetti mi rimanevano in mano! è vero che il prezzo è contenuto, però basta poco per rendere più accogliente i locali.

l’alloggio a me assegnato non era molto confortevole, va bene l’arredamento spartano ma il divano letto del soggiorno è da terzo mondo, mancavano delle stecche della rete, il letto matrimoniale costituito da due letti singoli uniti tra loro e di altezza diversa. Esistono ancora bagni con lo scarico della doccia a terra e la tendina paraschizzi? Consiglio un bel piatto doccia con box doccia,cosi si evita di raccogliere ogni volta un fiume d’acqua.L’impianto elettrico va rivisto le prese non sono antinfortunistiche e con i bambini e un pò pericoloso,non basta il salvavita.distinti saluti
