Vista Blu Resort takes its name from the magic colours of Capo Caccia bay, over which it has a wonderful view. A breathtaking panorama is offered to the guests of this villas built in the respect of the environment, immersed in some well-kept gardens and surrounded by the rich and fragrant Mediterranean scrub. Its location is ideal not only because of the uncontaminated surrounding environment but also because it is only 2km from the town of Alghero, the Catalan heart of Sardinia. This town is rich in history and this can be noticed in all its streets and the local language. At the same time, this is the ideal place for lovers of nightlife too, thanks to its discos and nightclubs in the old village. This territory also offers several possibilities for lovers of cultural holidays and for excursionists since it is rich in necropolis, naturalistic oasis and beaches among the most beautiful in the island.

The villas, built with quality local material such as granite, wood, Sardinian tiles, monolithic columns are elegantly furnished and equipped with kitchenette (with or without door) equipped with crockery and cutlery, air conditioning/heating, tv, washing machine (not in the Villa - sleeps 4 typology), oven, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing table; all with private garden, barbecue, patio with table and chairs, sun terrace with loungers and table, parking. Types available:



Villa - sleeps 4 (80 sqm): living-room with sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms - one with shower, one with bathtub - (in some villas one bathroom is ensuite in the double bedroom).



Villa - sleeps 6 (100 sqm): living-room with 2 sofa beds or double, double bed, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms - one with shower, one with bathtub - (in some villas one bathroom is ensuite in the double bedroom).

- Deposit: euro 200,00 refundable. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail, net of postage;

      Some little things were broken in the home: drapes and water in the showers did not run away (only after 10 minutes or so... the bathroom flooded after 30 seconds)

      We had a great week and should have booked another. The place is brand new; the pool wonderful and the unit was spacious. We loved sunsets on the rooftop patio.

      espacios sin acabar, habitaciones y espacios en la casa sin decoración, muy fríos, zona común con poco césped, un poco desangelado.. el servicio correcto.. un poco de caos a la llegada ya que la casa no estaba lista 4 horas más tarde.. nos cambiamos porque nuestro jardín apenas tenía verde.. no hay demasiado espacio para los niños a parte de la piscina.. mucho cemento y pocas zonas de juego o simplemente verdes

      Schöner Ausblick, Schöne Terasse, Berglage und außerhalb gelegen sehr begrüßend

      Brötchenservice fehlt,, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur in der Umgebung mit Auto erreichbar. Das geht bei Appartementsvermietung ohne Verpflegung schon mal gar nicht. Eine Busverbindung gibt es nicht. Die Rezeption ist eine Abstellkammer und besteht aus einem Mitarbeiter , nur bis 20 uhr besetzt. Die Anlage ist nur für Urlauber mit Auto geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, jedoch fehlen viele nützlich Dinge. ( Grillbesteck, Kaffeemaschine,Haken an der Wand für Kleider, Abstellfläche im Bad für Kosmetik, Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle)

      villa 6 posti spaziosissima e confortevole. complesso ordinato e silenzioso. comodità verso il centro città e vicinanza presso aeroporto e spiaggie. Giardino e barbecue ben curati hanno reso le serate del nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassanti e piacevoli. Camere grandi, bagni puliti e ben accessoriati. Veramente un posto da consigliare..

      cucinino spazioso ma un pò privo di arredi..( qualche mobile o scaffalatura in più sarebbero tornati utili ma nel complesso materiale numeroso e in ottomo stato ); insetti sul pavimento ma fortunatamente niente zanzare e mosche..

      Freundlicher Empfang, super Lage, schöner Pool, große Appartments/Reihenhäuser. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

      Ausstattung minimal: wenig Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, kein Tisch, keine Kaffeemaschine. Im Wohnzimmer/Eingang Kabel ohne Lampen, sehr "kahle" Wände mit zu kleinen Bildern an der Wand. Alles sehr ungemütlich, da auch Tischlampe fehlt. Im Bad keine Abstellmöglichkeit App.R2.

      villette nuove, area molto tranquilla, bagni e camere spaziose, finiture di pregio, bellissima terrazzina solarium, buona la piscina un pò piccola ma ideale x il relax dopospiaggia, giardini e vialetti molto curati, silenziosità e privaci molto buona, tv lcd e arredamento di pregio.

      sono troppo nuove che devono ancora finire dei particolari, cucina con pochi utensili (otto persone e un scolapasta da due persone), un po’ troppo distante dal centro, ma automuniti è passabile, mancano i bidoni della spazzatura nel residence e bisogna portarsela giù al paese.
