Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: 30 euro per adult/week, 15 euro per child 3-11,9 years old, 0-1,9 years old free. It includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen;
- Final Cleaning: Villa4 euro 60, Villa6 euro 75, Villa 8 euro 90. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 50 euro;
- Deposit: euro 200, refundable at end of the stay. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail.
- Stay Tax: if required.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed Linen: euro 10 per person/change;
- Bath Linen: euro 8 per person/change;
- Beach-Towel: euro 5 per person/change;
- Portable Air Conditioning: euro 80 per week;
- Daily Cleaning: Villa4 and Villa4 IN euro 15/day, Villa6 and Villa8 euro 25/day;
- High-Chair/Stroller: euro 10 per week (each);
- Baby-Cot: euro 35/week;
- Extra Bed: where possible, from 50 to 70 euro, depending on the period;
- Pets: euro 30 per stay for extra cleaning;
- Sun Umbrellas, Sun-loungers, Bikes, etc.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed. Arrivals after 08.00 p.m. will be charged 50 euro.
- Check-out: by 10 am.
- Wi-fi in the reception area.
