near by the beach -
What I did not like
I had to clean the floor and also the dishwasher was very dirty. we bought immediately a refresher for wardrobes because they were smelling very duff. in the description they told us that there was a terrace with chairs, but this was not a terrace but a small balcony, so we never eat ore sit outside. there was a dryer on the terrace and it was full. We think it’s a pity that you never could sit outside on your holiday. I think also that it’s time to refresh the rooms, and also the furniture. It was very old and worn. also the crockery was very poor. there were a lot of things not available. Our conclusion: Sardinia is very beautiful but I think we never will return to this apartment.

Ampiezza della zona giorno e, nel ns caso, degli spazi esterni (resede). Vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro di Baia Sardinia. Lavatrice e Lavasoviglie. Assoluta mancanza di piatti, e le soviglie erano insufficenti, cio’ che era presente era non pulito adaguatamente, da tempo! -

Scarsa pulizia dell’appartamento al ns arrivo. Poca illuminazione sia interna che esterna, con lampade insufficenti (neon bagno), soggiorno, camere (nella matrimoniale una sola lampada da comodino) e resede esterno Abbiamo lamentato un guasto alla lavastoviglie, ci e’ stato detto "veniamo subito", ma per i restanti 6 giorni della vacanza non si e’ fatto vivo nessuno... L’appartamenti sono poco manotenuti. Assoluta mancanza di piatti, e le soviglie erano insufficenti, cio’ che era presente era non pulito adaguatamente, da tempo!

Calme, vue, propreté, situation géographique, station balnéaire agréable. -

Manque dans studio : parasol sur terasse car beaucoup de soleil, volet ou store sur la baie vitrée pour protéger de la lumiére et du soleil, ventilateur pour chaleur, peu de vaisselle.

no estube en Pineta uno, por que hubo un porblema de cañerias y nos cambiaron de hotel, lo que nos hizo perder un día de estadía, nos podrían haber dicho con tiempo, antes de llegar allí

Ubicazione tranquilla - vicino alla spiaggia. -

Per quanto riguarda i servizi da pagare in loco (spese e pulizia), il Residence non ha MAI provveduto ad effettuare la pulizia "finale",che in realtà è prevista (e addebitata) per ogni settimana di soggiorno, perché l’affitto è SETTIMANALE. Abbiamo pagato la relativa tariffa settimanale per 3 settimane,senza nessun tipo di sconto per il soggiorno lungo, e quindi la pulizia andava fatta alla fine di ogni settimana, come è SEMPRE avvenuto negli anni precedenti (difatti, la gestione del residence è cambiata quest’anno).

Die Lage und Grösse(1 Kind) der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung O.K. Schön war, das die Couchbezüge frisch gewaschen waren! -

Die Abzugshaube in der Küche war extrem dreckig, und die Arbeitsplatte auch nicht sehr an- sprechend...Das Bad könnte mal wieder überholt werden.

Die Wohnungen liegen sehr ruhig und schattig, vor der Tür ein Cafe. Die Küche der Wohnunge war gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren neu. -

Nur italienisches Fernsehen, TV hatte damit keinen Nutzen.
