Residence Club Le Onde

The Le Onde apartment complex is very close to the Badesi home town, a seaside resort in northern Sardinia. The complex consists of two-storey terraced residential units, and offers accommodation for two and four people. Inside the complex there is a swimming pool for the guests and the reception office. Badesi coastline is characterized by a beautiful and long white sandy beach with crystal clear sea water. The area has a strong vocation for family holidays and sport activities. This part of Sardinia is not particularly crowded even during the busiest periods in August. In fact, it certainly retains its identity which is well visible even in the tasty local cuisine and wine. The whole area offers excellent value for money.

There are two types of available apartments:

- Studios: These apartments are all located on the first floor, they can have sea view or face the swimming pool. All have a veranda and parking space available. The studios can accommodate up to two people. They feature a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a fridge with freezer and a coffee maker. In the same space there is also a double bed, then a bathroom and a small equipped veranda. The apartment has a TV and a hairdryer can be added on request. Sleeps 2

- One bed apartment: These apartments are on the first or second floor and can have a sea view or face the indoor pool. These apartments have a living area with kitchenette and 2 single beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small equipped veranda. In addition: a fridge with freezer, coffee maker and TV. A hairdryer can be provided upon request.

Services provided by the complex: Guests have access to a swimming pool, a play area for children and a free Wi-Fi service.

Costs to be paid on site

- Flat rate fee for utilities consumption: 35 euro per person per week; children 0/2 years free. The price covers: electricity, water, gas, bed linen with weekly change (after 7 days of arrival);

- Final cleaning: 60 euro

- Deposit: 100 euros, to be paid in cash. Refundable at the end of stay if the apartment is left according to the contractual conditions.

- Tourist tax: if required by the local Council

Optional services. To be requested at the time of booking

- Crib 0-2 years: 50 euros per week

- Bed linen: 7 euro per person per change

- Bath towels: 7 euro per person per change

- Beach towel: 7.00 euro per person per change

Check-in/out

- Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:30. For arrivals between 19:30 and 23:00 a surcharge of 30 euro applies. All arrivals after 19:30 must necessarily be communicated in advance to the reception, otherwise check-in is postponed to the next day. Arrivals after 23:00 will be admitted the next day.

- Check-out: 10:00 am;

- Reception opening: 09:00 to 12:30 and 16:00 to 19:30
