Excellent property. Nice large rooms.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: euro 35 per person/week for electricity, water, gas. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 30 euro. For linen or apartment particularly dirty or damaged, it will be a supplement or 30 euro.

Lovely apartment in great location. -
What I did not like
We arrived in sardinia and were not told where to get the keys from so i called the agents and they did not answer the phone. We walked for 7 hours around in the heat and were told by a stranger in the apartments where we had to go and get the keys. This was unnacceptable, very poor service.

Very enjoyable hoilday and would book accommodation through you again only next time we will hire a car. -
What I did not like
not informed we had to collect keys for apartment from another site and then we had to arrange another taxi too the apartment (we do not hire a car) Could do with something to place on the bathroom floor to avoid slipping on the tiles after leaving the shower and something to clean the floor in the bathroom.

Alles war wie beschrieben und die Anmeldung und Einweisung klappte gut. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Kochgelegenheit mit GAS war ausgezeichnet. -
What I did not like
Das Schlafzimmer war (im Frühjahr) zu kalt und deshalb war das Bett immer leicht feucht. Wir haben Wärmflaschen gekauft, um das Bett vorzuheizen. Wir konnten wegen der vielen Mücken auch nicht richtig lüften. 2 Anregungen hierzu: eine kleine (mobile) Standheizung für diese Jahreszeit und ein Fliegengitter gegen die Mücken fürs Fenster.

Probabilmente prenotando tramite il vostro sito abbiamo risparmiato sul prezzo complessivo (residence/traghetto) -

L’appartamento era carino ma aveva qualche pecca, tipo la doccia con la tenda e di conseguenza il bagno si allagava ogni volta e c’era qualche piastrella del portico rotta e quindi x il bimbo era un po’ pericoloso. Mancava la lavastoviglie ma soprattutto la lavatrice.

Il primo piano che ci è stato riservato aveva un bel panorama sulla macchia mediterranea, il residence è in un posto tranquillo molto vicino al centro cittadino ed al mare ci si arriva con una passeggiata di 800 m come indicato nel sito. -

Presenti poche stoviglie per cucinare, la pulizia lascia un pò a desiderare.

Il residence di fuori è bello e a pochi passi dal centro di San Teodoro e dalle spiaggie vicine. Parcheggio spazioso, giardini molto curati, spazio adeguato per i bambini -

Le pulizie non erano state assolutamente curate, nel bagno gli appoggi per gli asciugamani erano insufficienti ( solo uno per 4 persone ), sarebbe più comodo installare la doccia con il flessibile invece che quella fissa specialmente per i bambini.

An der Sauberkeit müsste man ein bisschen arbeiten, das Badezimmer sanierungsbedürftig (Dusche teilweise kaputt), die Bettmatrazen sehr alt und somit unbedingt auszutauchen!

Buena atención por parte de los miembros de center -
What I did not like
Al llegar al lugar de destino nos fue difícil encontrar la oficina donde teníamos que registrarnos porque se llamaba "Nexus Center" en lugar de "Oasi residence", y tampoco teníamos la dirección. Nos ayudaron unas personas que tuvieron el mismo problema. El apartamento no se correspondía con las fotos. En las fotos había un apartamento nuevo y el nuestro era viejo.

é logico che se si vuole spendere meno, bisogna adattarsi a vivere in 6 in un appartamento in realtà da 4/5.... se si è molto amici, la sistemazione è comunque ottima!

Oasi Residence hat eine sehr gute Lage zentral zum Ort und zum Strand, die Wohnung war ausreichend groß, sauber und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse mit Garten -

Matrazen könnten erneuert werden, Dusche etwas klein. Das erste Haus der Residence liegt an der Straße und ist manchmal etwas laut
