If you are coming from Porto Torres: follow the signs for Alghero, reading Mumutanas junction on the provincial road n. 42 (signposted as Strada Provinciale 42 or SP42), take a left and continue along this road for 4.3 km you will come to the Fontana dei Desideri which is appropriately signposted. If you are coming from Sassari: On State road n. 131 (signposted as Strada Provinciale 131 or SS131) follow the signs for Alghero. At the end of the Sassari-Alghero dual carriageway take a right and head towards Alghero. Near the Mamuntanas junction on Provincial Road n 142 (signposted as Strada Provinciale 42 or SP42), take a left and continue along this road for 4.3 km you will come to the Fontana dei Desideri which is appropriately signposted.
