Il Borgo di Punta Marana is a newly built residence, located a short distance from the sea and the marina. The complex consists of terracotta, granite and wood buildings linked by arcades and grouped around the piazzetta, where there is a small beautiful church and some shops. Three new exclusive and prestigious ranks of apartments, located behind the main building, have been recently built.
The area is characterised by many beautiful white sandy coves and rocks, linked by pedestrian walkways running in the typical Mediterranean vegetation among unique scents and colours. The enchanting Marinella Gulf - with its famous fine white sandy beach - is right in front of the residence. The new private beach area with beach umbrellas and sun beds available to guests is in the closest part to the sea. A short and pleasant walk through pedestrian paths, leads to another sandy cove reserved to the hotel guests with beach umbrellas and deck chairs.

Standard Apartments are on the ground floor with patio, first or second floor with veranda or roofed terrace, sometimes with sea view on the charming Marinella Gulf. Carefully furnished, all the apartments have TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bedrooms with low beds (not bunk beds), outdoor table and chairs.

      We booked our holidy twice in april/may. The prices then are very acceptable. In high season (summerholiday) they are, as we can understand, a lot higher. When we booked our last holiday we found it very quiet as the high season did not start yet. Is was very quiet at the accomodation (very few people) and a lot of restaurants were not open yet. Also a lot of tourist information offices were closed.

      -light in the appartment - no lamp to read in the bad - microwave not conected to power /drawer not compatible, I would recommand to separate apartments for special categories of travelers - adult couples to accommodate not next to families with small children.

      Camere grandi e con tutte le comodità; molto comodo il servizio spiaggia apprezzato soprattutto da mia figlia.

      Trattandosi di un soggiorno di due settimane, mancanza della pulizia appartamento alla fine della prima settimana, e comunque per noi non è stato un gran problema e non cambia il giudizio molto positivo sulla struttura. la biancheria invece è stata cambiata.

      Posto centrale e molto servito. Ottimo per escursioni sia in Costa Smeralda che nella zona a sud di Olbia. Decisamente sopra la norma gli elettrodomestici a disposizione.

      La spiaggia antistante la struttura non è un granché. Bisogna andare nella bellissima spiaggia di Marinella che dista circa 800 m dalla struttura.

A QUESTO COSTO CI SAREMMO ASPETTATI ANCHE UNA PULIZIA ALLA FINE DELLA PRIMA SETTIMANA DI SOGGIORNO. POCA LA DISPONIBILITA’ DI ACQUA CALDA NEI BAGNI, SPESSO RESTAVA FREDDA.

      Abbiamo soggiornato nel MONOLOCALE VIP in coppia + bimbo piccolo in culla, l’appartamento è molto ampio e luminoso, nuovo, pulito e ben arredato. La zona è tranquilla, molto adatta a famiglie con bimbi. Spiaggetta privata curata, con ombrellone e lettini e bagnino (consigliata l’auto per visitare altre spiagge)

      Spazi comuni tenuti molto male, non ci sono nè piante nè fiori che acartterizzano invece tutti gli altri residence del Golfo di Marinella. Anche nel complesso VIP il giardino è completamente trascurato: erba alta mai tagliata ovunque, assenza di piante e fiori, vasi pieni di terra ma senza piante. Inoltre dietro c’è uno stagno con una recinzione del tutto insufficiente, da cui risalgono le anitre che arrivano alle porte degli appartamenti, lasciando ovunque escrementi (ripuliti solo settimanalmente!) Peccato perchè gli appartamenti sono nuovi e curati: sistemate gli spazi comuni!

      Pulizia, tranquillità, spiaggia mai affollata, ottima la pasticceria all’interno del borgo. Ha superato le aspettative; le fotografie presenti in internet non rendono la bellezza del residence nel suo complesso.

      davvero trascurabili: - é un po’ difficile da raggiungere perchè manca un cartello lungo la statale da Olbia che segnali la discesa. - Potrebbe essere utile uno sportello bancomat all’interno del borgo ( il più vicino è a Porto Rotondo)

      Lontananza dal mare non precisata in sede di proposta, incidenza dell’Hollywood (Rumore insistente tutti i giorni dalle 18 fino a sera), prato antistante la casa sempre troppo bagnato con formazione di pozzanghere. In ultimo, è vero che siamo in Sardegna, ma il prezzo è eccessivo.

      appartamenti non del tutto accessoriati, mancanza di ventilazione di base (fan o ventilatori) in strutture che accolgono bambini e anziani. Sono presenti solo negli appartamenti VIP che però sono in numero limitato. Un ventilatore o pale nelle camere sarebbero auspicabili date le temperature tipiche della zona...

      La cercanía con la playa.El paisage, entorno.La estructura "villagio" acorde con el paisage.

      Apartamento poco cuidado, no funcionaban 4 luces de diferentes habitaciones. Poquísimo menage en la cocina, sin tijeras, pinzas, ni un cuchillo grande. En quanto a la limpieza ni un cubo con escurridor ni fregona. El grifo de la cocina goteaba.

      IL LETTO ... bellissimo esteticamente, ma scomodo per via dei due materassi singoli (di ottima qualit�) ma singoli e il letto in ferro battuto ad una piazza ...nn ci � piaciuto.in casa... una sottigliezza... andrebbe bene ci fosse una bacinella.. per riporre i panni appena lavati dalla lavatrice e poterli stendere.!

      La Sig.ra Daniela Lai, dello Staff di Sardegne.com, è stata molto gentile e disponibile nell’evadere celermente le nostre esigenze. L’accoglienza ricevuta dal responsabile della struttura di Borgo manara, il Sig. Dario, è stata molto gradita. Complessivamente abbiamo trascorso una vacanza all’insegna del relax, abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare molte persone gentili e ospitali e soprattutto abbiamo molto apprezzato la cucina sarda.

      Struttura di Borgo Marana: sgradevole odore di muffa proveniente dall’acqua calda in bagno, e maleodorante dai rubinetti della cucina. L’impossibilità da parte dello staff di conoscere e quindi confermare al cliente la tipologia delle camere da lui richiesta, nonostante la preferenza del primo piano, al nostro arrivo ci siamo dovuti accontentare di una camera al pian terreno.

      Cambiando appartamento abbiamo trovato un bel giardino curato e un ambiente silenzioso. Carina la spiaggia attrezzata. Disponibilità del personale a cambiare appartamento. Ospiti gradevoli, silenziosi e discreti.

      La prima sistemazione dataci non corrispondeva alle nostre esigenze. Pur avendo specificato la presenza di un bambino di un anno ci è stata data una casa ai piani superiori e sopra al market e al bar. Ciò significava rumori continui. Il mare non era a 100 mt come sapevamo. Dotazioni delle case (stoviglie ed elettrodomestici ..) non adeguate, ad esempio assenza del forno, assenza in alcuni appartamenti della lavastoviglie. Alcune pentole sono state trovate in pessimo stato, quindi inutilizzabili.
