Disponibilità del personale, pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni (davvero elevata). -
What I did not like
Ci saremmo aspettati un pò più di scelta e ricercatezza sul menù (tutto di buona qualità, ma forse un pò monotono e con poche alternative, soprattutto antipasti e contorni)

La colazione non era delle migliori. Caffe’ delle macchinette esclusivamente acquoso, il latte era acqua bianca e la qualita’ delle brioches era scarsa. Le ragazze che seguivano i bambini non erano proprio il massimo. Il wi-fi non prendeva molto bene. No antenna per digitale terrestre ma solo sky.

pulizia camere piscina servizio navetta, struttura con ottime potenzialita pero ancora da rodare. -

colazione,pranzo e cena non da 4 stelle sia per portate che per servizio tutto m,olto approssimativo, animazione praticamente inesistente che non giustificano pagamento quota animazione molto elevata.

piscine wifi navette mais compris dans le supplément payant. -

le buffet n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoile peu de choix et on a l’impression d’être rationné également pour le petit déjeuner peu de choix; La chambre de 2 personnes transformée pour 4 personnes vraiment peu d’espace le rapport prix prestations de cet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles

Accueil réception ok.Situation de l’hôtel et service navettes top.Propreté des chambres.Accès Internet.Pièce commune sympa.Animateurs enfants très sympa et courageux.Piscine très agréable -

Cuisine correcte mais sans plus.Personnel de restauration assez insipide dans le relationnel. Bar lounge bien trop froid et trop lumineux ,style salle de conférence...une ambiance plus tamisée est de rigueur !

Buona posizione dell’hotel, si arriva facilmente alle varie spiagge di San Teodoro,ampio parcheggio,personale reception molto gentile. -

scarsa organizzazione del personale addetto al buffet del ristorante, poco celeri a reintegrare le pietanze mancanti.

Tutto lo staff, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La cucina è ottima e l’albergo è molto pulito ed ordinato. -

Gli unici aspetti negativi sono: la presenza di zanzare (avendolo saputo avrei portato il ddt); i costi delle bevande, a nostro avviso un pò eccessivi.
