The building is really beautiful.
Il Vecchio Mulino Hotel is in Arbatax, a hamlet of Tortolì, a few hundred meters from Porto Frailis. The beautiful coasts of Ogliastra can easily be reached within a few minutes by car or boat. Recently built, the hotel presents a traditional taste in joining the warm earth and stone characteristics.

l’albergo era ottimo ed anche il servizio . pulitissimo ed elegante. molto gentili e disponibili, questo per quanto riguarda l’albergo. vantaggioso il viaggio in nave con i vs sconti e diciamo anche piu’ sostenibile dovendo anche fare la vacanza e non solo il viaggio. -

a parte il fatto che nella prenotazione non fosse comprensibile che i bambini pagavano a pasto(a consumo), anche se in modo irrilevante.sicuramente sarebbe meglio far pagare una quota fissa(modica essendo bambini) ma sapere quanto si spende. ho telefonato 3 volte al call center x la prenotazione spiegando di voler ricevere preventivo x il viaggio con cabina e solo poltrone 1’ classe e mi sono trovato la prenotazione con biglietti x la 2’ classe. a parte questo inconveniente che ho deciso di sorvolare x mancanza tempo, le persone con cui ho parlato sono state molto gentili e garbate. grazie

Non è un vero e proprio aspetto negativo, ma il fatto che il ristorante non si trova presso l’albergo va comunicato al momento della prenotazione. Comunque l’accoglienza e la professionalità della famiglia è davvero eccezionale.

suite a un probleme d’avion ( reporté de 24h suite à un retard de plus de 6h pour panne technique) nous avons telephonné 2 jours avant pour annuler la premiere nuit d’hotel aucun remboursement ni meme geste commercial.....pas très sympa

Sehr zuvorkommend, nicht aufdringlich, sehr freundlich. das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Da wir mit den Motorrädern angereist sind, wurdenuns auch eine Garage gratis zur verfügung gestellt. Danke -
