- Forfait Costs (over 2yo): euro 35 per person/week for on-site assistance, water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise 25 euro will be deducted from the caution money. The minimum forfait costs quote to pay is euro 105;

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti "IFenicotteri" e lo abbiamo trovato davvero comodo ben tenuto pulito spazioso e dotato davvero di tutto. Gentilissimi e sempre disponibili alla reception. Il mare e le spiagge sono indimenticabili e San Teodoro offre di tutto adatto a grandi e piccini. Torneremo

Rapporto qualità prezzo buona, vicinanza spiagge e centro storico del paese, facilità parcheggio, struttura tutto sommato buona come punto di riposo notturno e base di partenza per escursioni. -

Servizio di accoglienza da rivedere da parte dell’agenzia in loco, servirebbe piu’ professionalità e, magari, rispondere al telefono quando si chiama per circa tre ore e si è in attesa sotto il sole di luglio. Pochi accessori in cucina, niente forno, niente microonde.

Un servizio molto efficiente e un accoglienza altrettanto.La casa " i fenicotteri" veramente stupenda molto grande spaziosa molto pulita all’arrivo, ma sopratutto situata al centro di San Teodoro.la casa e’ stata perfetta come tutta la vacanza!!!Spero di avere la possibilità di riprenotare per la prossima estate ovviamente per la stessa casa i fenicotteri via tempio.Molto gentili i ragazzi all arrivo che ci hanno accolto e accompagnati in casa.Un ringraziamento anche a patrizia che e’ stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. -

appartamento comodo, funzionale in una posizione splendida. Il panorama è splendido. Eravamo 5 adulti e siamo stati comodissimi.

maison très calme et agréable, propre, lave linge, grand frigo, grande surface habitable, terrasse, gazon, près du centre ville -

Maison sans barrière donc de nombreux chiens venaient dans le gazon faire leurs besoins cela nous obligeait régulièrement à ramasser leurs déjections, ou restaient assis dans le jardin pendant un long moment notamment pendant les repas. pas de barbecue en pierre comme sur les photos

Il paese sove abbiamo soggiornato era particolarmente vivo e movimentato. Bella gente e soprattutto accogliente e disponibile con i turisti -

L’appartamento non era particolarmente accogliente, rispetto ad altri visti in passato. A mio parere i traghetti sono la pecca e la rovina del turismo sardo. Sono costosissimi ed il personale sgarbato. Con quello che il turista paga il servizio clienti di quete navi dovrebbe essere impeccabile

La casa (diversa rispetto a quella dimostrata sulle foto + con 1 camera in più) era di recente costruzione, molto spaziosa, accogliente e bella. -
What I did not like
L’unico svantaggio di questo posto davvero piacevole: la grande strada a distanza di 300 m che si sentivo sul terrazzo. Le stanze interne erano comunque tranquille.

Piccolissimo neo in questa bella favola la mancanza di accessori per il barbeque e la frettolosità, con cui la persona preposta alla prima accoglienza, ci ha trattato. Ad esser sincero, erano le 23.00 ca, e per causa di un ritardo del traghetto per intenso traffico marittimo, siamo arrivati in agenzia con ca 3 ore di ritardo.
