COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Final Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 40, Two-Room Apartment euro 50, Three-Room Apartment euro 60. Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 50 euro;
- Deposit: euro 150 refundable at end of the stay. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail.
- Stay Tax: if required.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Arrangement: Breakfast; Dinner or Lunch a la carte with choice of 3 starters, 6 main courses, a warm side dish, vegetables and various fruit, dessert.
- Midweek Cleaning: Studio Apartment euro 15, Two-Room Apartment euro 20, Three-Room Apartment euro 25;
- Bed Linen: euro 10 per person/change;
- Bath Linen: euro 8 per person/change;
- Beach-Towel: euro 7 per person/change;
- High-Chair: euro 30 per week (each);
- Baby-Cot: 0-1,9 years old euro 35/week - own baby-cot allowed;
- Extra Bed (5°): 70 euro per week;
- Coin Washing Machine: euro 7 per coin;

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed. Clients arriving after 24.00 will be welcomed and accommodated the following day or, in the event of pre-warning on the act of booking, they will be accommodated under payment of an extra € 50 to be paid on site. .
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Prices include electricity, water, gas, bed linen, Beach Set (1 sun umbrella + 2 deckchairs), use of the swimming-pool, "Spazio Bimbi" (children area with play station, wii, playground), Nécessaire, Internet.
