Pool, Parkplatz, Ambiente der Gesamtanlage Fragen die mit "ungenügend" beantwortet sind , waren für uns nicht verständlich bzw. nicht relevant. -

Die Ausstattung der Küche entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben auf Sardinien bessere Ausstattungen vorgefunden(z.B. Alba Dorata).

S’agissant de la location d’une villa les notes pour la qualité du service et les salles commun la notation n’est pas une appréciation, mais uniquement pour remplir les conditions du questionnaire. Nous avons occupé la villa No 11 a type "exclusive" très agréable. Très jolie piscine. Nous avons apprécié les chaises longues mises à disposition. -

Buongiorno, per quanto riguarda la gentilezza e il supporto avuto da Sardegne.com eccelente sotto tutti i punti di vista, se parliamo della struttura di Sea Village no comment e a rigurado avete ricevuto in data 13 agosto 2013 una mail con tanto di fotografie sulla struttura trovata in loco.

Pour le prix et destination, toute la maison devrait être climatisée, et pas seulement une clim portable payante et à déplacer de chambre en chambre Equipement cuisine très sommaire, et mauvaise qualité (poêle, casserolle,etc.)

Buona l’accoglienza; Ottima la presenza di una lavatrice rispetto al 2010; Buona la condivisione della piscina nel complesso delle 4 ville. -

In questa struttura mancano ancora un collegamento wi-fi e un tv digitale. Essendo il cavo dell’antenna difettoso è stato molto difficile potersi collegare a dei canali durante il nostro soggiorno. Sarebbe utile inserire un’animazione nel villaggio, poiché , sebbene ve ne sia una, essa sembra essere gestita dal Country Paradise, che non accetta bambini che non facciano parte di questo villaggio; Il supermercato è troppo caro.

La struttura è molto carina, le abitazioni sono spaziose, pulite e silenziose. La piscina è veramente un’ottima valvola di sfogo, sia per il pomeriggio che per rinfrescarsi un pò dopo una giornata di mare. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile e, dato che il nostro traghetto ha fatto ritardo, ci ha aspettato per consegnarci le chiavi anche oltre l’orario indicato per la chiusura. Inoltre ci hanno fornito sia la biancheria da bagno che le lenzuola. Giudizio iperpositivo, lo abbiamo già consigliato a parenti e amici!!!

La casa era grandissima, fresca, con un ottima veduta ed i servizi erano ragionevolmente vicini. -

la manutenzione della casa lascia a desiderare, nel complesso la casa è vivibile ma ci sono molti dettagli da rivedere, nel nostro appartamento, ad esempio, la connessione elettrica della lavatrice era fornita con uina prolunga di 10 metri da collegare alla prima presa a portata di mano nel salone, avendo 2 bambini piccoli non è proprio il massimo avere cavi elettrici volanti, inoltre lo scarico della stessa passava attraverso un foro praticato sul muro confinante col bagno e terminava in un secchio, bisognava ricordarsi di spostare il tubo dentro il water, altrimenti, come è successo, si rischiava di ritrovarsi il bagno ed il salone allagati con tanto di cavo elettrico a terra. Il soffitto del bagno si stava scrostando e cadevano pezzi nella vasca. cmq nel complesso sono particolari che a noi noi davano così fastidio, ovvero, sono cose sopportabilissime se ci si adatta, ma dovendo esprimere un giudizio trovo corretto segnalarvelo. le persone della reception sono state cordialissime e molto disponibili fornendoci in mattinata un appartamento, dato che avevemo un bambino con la febbre, unico neo non erano stati avvisati dell’orario del nostro arrivo dalla sede centrale, ma cmq hanno gestito al meglio l’inconveniente.

La disponibilità del tuttofare del residence seavillas, Abramo, sempre pronto a sistemare qualsiasi piccolo inconveniente che si poteva riscontrare. L’essere immersi nella natura. La navetta che portava alle spiagge.

la casa era un disastro: formiche OVUNQUE A CENTINAIA. IN CAMERA, BAGNO SOGGIORNO, CUCINA NEL CIBO.....FREEZER NON FUNZIONAVA, TELEVISORE NON FUNZIIONANTE: NESSUNA RETE, NIENTE STENDINO, STOVIGLIE QUASI INESISTENTI, NEPPURE L’ACCENDI GAS IN DOTAZIONE O UN APRIBOTTIGLIE. ALL’ALBA UNA LUCE ACCECANTE PERCHè LE TENDE OSCURANTI NON ESISTEVANO.ALLA FINE DEL SOGGIORNO BISOGNA PURE PORTARE ALLA RECEPTION LENZUOLA ED ASCIUGAMANI. Non lo consiglierei davvero!

Une très mauvaise isolation phonique. Durant plusieurs nuits, nous avons été dérangés par nos voisins qui, pourtant, ne faisaient rien d’extra-ordinaire... La mauvaise isolation a fait que nous entendions tout de leurs conversations néanmoins. De nombreuses ampoules étaient grillées. Il y avait une forte odeur de moisissure et d’humidité dans tout l’appartement. Le ménage semblait avoir été très mal fait à notre arrivée, après le départ des locataires précédents. Le chauffe-eau ne fonctionnait pas bien, et l’eau chaude qui s’en écoulait était jaune (car contenant des particules de rouille en suspension). Le mobilier de jardin était très sale. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient trop peu nombreux, et dans un état assez déplorable.

- Zona è abbastanza isolata, Stintino è una località molto tranquilla - Al di là delle spiagge Pelosa/Pelosetta (comunque impraticabili per il numero di persone) non ci sono spiagge di sabbia e mare cristallino come ti immagini di trovare in Sardegna. - Necessità continua di usare la macchina per qualunque cosa.

Small problems initially at the house, for example we had no running water the first evening, lawn not mowed. Perhaps due to us being the first guests of the season. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.

We went in October and would certainly go back. Quiet and out of the way. I would however not stay in the high season when the houses are to close to eachother. Good size rooms. When there was a problem we got it fixed immediately. The lady that looked after us was great. Very friendly and helpful. -

In the house we where in there where no furniture to sit on in the living room. Just a very uncofortable small sofa.
