- Frau Beständig hat uns nett auf Deutsch begrüßt und uns viele gute Tipps zum Einkaufen auf dem Markt usw. gegeben,
- Es war ein ganz toller Service, dass wir den Luggage-room mit Duschen im Bouganville benutzen konnten, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging.
- Uns gefielen die kurzen Wege zum Strand und die Nähe zur schönen Stadt Alghero.
Preis, Lage direkt am schönen Teil des Strandes, Klimaanlage umsonst (da Nebensaison), Saubere und ordentliche Zimmer, nettes Personal, sehr unkompliziert,

Restriktive Öffnungszeiten des Pools - es war leider nicht möglich, früh morgens schwimmen zu gehen, da der Pool erst um 9 Uhr öffnete

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Altstadt von Alghero. Ortsnah, daher auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. -

Il residence Eucalipti e’ una struttura economica spartana con un buon rapporto qualita’/prezzo. Molto vicino alla bella spiaggia Maria Pia a circa 200metri. Il centro di Alghero dista due km. -

Le mura molto sottili fanno sentire tutti i movimenti dei vicini. Infissi da sistemare.

Molto vicino al Lido di Maria Pia, ma a 10 minuti buoni di cammino fino al primo supermercato. -

Tenda della doccia inutile perchè il bagno finiva per allagarsi comunque. Poche pentole per cucinare, di cui solo una padella e nemmeno antiaderente (ce la siamo dovuti comprare noi).

Buen estado de los apartamentos, al llegar muy buena limpieza, buena piscina, muy buen chico de mantenimiento de la piscina, buena situación para las playas, un lugar tranquilo... -

Los apartamentos para 4 personas deberían tener una habitación más, o habilitar la parte del salón-comedor separada de la cocina, ya que cuando se cocina queda todo el olor en el sofá cama, debería haber campana de extracción de humos en la cocina, los 35 € de limpieza no deberían pagarse, si no es que vienen a limpiar por lo menos un día a la semana, que no es el caso.. Mala información en respecto a cosas para visitar en recepción, la chica nos decía que no sabía nada, que fueramos a un ciber a buscar por internet, me parece muy poco profesional, tratandose de unos apartamentos en un sitio turístico como es la capital de Sardegna.

la struttura è in buono stato le camere sono ampie e pulite la piscina è bella e sufficientemente grande -

la posizione scomoda per entrare nella struttura con l’auto inoltre il parcheggio è piccolo e la strada stretta se uno ha l’auto grande fà molta fatica a fare manovre la posizione della struttura è scomoda per recarsi a piedi nel centro di alghero perchè dista circa tre chilometri dal centro

El apartamento esta situado cerca de la playa. La cocina aunque es muy vieja está equipada. Amplia terraza. -

No dispone de ascensor y estuvimos en un tercer piso... Todo es muy viejo, el baño apenas tiene luz y hay una cortina en el plato de ducha que se sale toda el agua. Habian hormigas. En las zonas comunes no hay ni una triste maquina de bebidas. Tuve un problema con la llave y llame al numero de emergencias y el señor que me atendió me colgó el telefono de malas maneras. Para casi los 1000 €s que pagué, me hubiese ido a un hotel 4 estrellas. No volveremos jamás!!

We were moved when we complained about the rood we were given. Then we were moved to a much better appartment so not all was lost. Loved Sardina but not the appartment complex. we are even going back agaqin in September. -

no service. Was on a 10day day stay and we had to ask on day 7 for clean towels. Nothing was ever doen for us at all. not even a floor brushed. will never stay there ever again.

Hotel more worn-down than expected when looking at the pictures. (pool area was fine) Verandas very small for 5 persons. All in all OKAY. Not dissappointed and not impressed.

Posizione ideale sia per chi intende andare al mare,sia per chi intende vedere anche localitàSi trova infatti vicino ai crocevia per ogni direzione. -

Imprecisa la descrizione che riguarda la tv e decoder.Infatti non esiste nessun decoder ma solo un segnale analogico che permette di vedere solo 3 tv italiane e 4 straniere.E’ importante precisarlo anche per chi viaggia con i bambini.

The allocated room was in a prime position and close to amenities ie Bus and supermarket. Good pool area and kept extremely clean. -

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived as the booking agent had passed on the wrong arrival time i.e Midnight instead of lunch time. Although the rooms were good, clean and spacious, there was no soundproofing whatsoever and the tiled floors and bare walls transmitted every movement of the adjacent up/down rooms.

The rooms on the "inside way" is not so good- a litle bit dark. We prefere to have rooms on the poolside which we did not have.
